شناسايي عوامل بي انگيزگي تحصيلي دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگيان: رويكرد پديدارشناسي

Identifying Academic Immaturity Student-Teachers in University of Cultural Studies: A Phenomenological Approach

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسايي عوامل مؤثر در بي انگيزگي تحصيلي در بين دانشجويان مشغول به تحصيل در دانشگاه فرهنگيان است. روش كار: جامعه آماري پژوهش، شامل دانشجويان دانشگاه فرهنگيان خرم آباد است كه تعداد 15 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري هدفمند و همچنين اشباع نظري انتخاب شد. داده‌هاي استخراج شده از مصاحبه‌هاي نيمه ساختاريافته با استفاده از روش كد گذاري و استخراج مضمون‌هاي اصلي و فرعي مورد تحليل قرار گرفتند. يافته‌ها: يافته‌هاي حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد كه كادر آموزشي شامل: نحوه برخورد كادر آموزشي و جايگاه علمي اساتيد، امكانات دانشگاه شامل: تغذيه و امكانات فضايي دانشگاه، محتوي دروس شامل: سنخيت محتوي، كاربرد در آينده و محتوي دروس تخصصي، دوستان و مسائل مربوط به خود دانشجو و همچنين مسائل مربوط به سياستهاي دانشگاه فرهنگيان شامل: سياست مربوط به شغل و سياست چگونگي برگزاري كلاس‌ها از جمله عواملي هستند كه در بي انگيزگي تحصيلي دانشجويان مشغول به تحصيل نقش دارند. نتيجه‌گيري: يافته‌هاي حاصل از پژوهش مي‌تواند جزء برنامه‌هاي اصلاحي دانشگاه فرهنگيان جهت رفع بي انگيزگي تحصيلي دانشجويان قرار گيرد.

Introduction: The purpose of the present study was to identify the effective factors in academic immorality among students studying at Farhangian University. Methods: The statistical population of the study consisted of students Farhangian University of Khorramabad. 15students were selected as the sample of the study using purposeful sampling and also theoretical saturation. Data extracted from semi-structured interviews, were analyzed using coding and extraction of main and minor themes. Results: The findings of the research showed that the teaching staff included: the way of dealing with the teaching staff and academic position of the professors, university facilities including nutrition and university facilities, the contents of the courses include: content compatibility, future use and the content of specialized courses, friends and related issues Students themselves, as well as issues related to the policies of the University of Cultural Studies, include: Occupational policy and the policy of conducting classes are among the factors contributing to the students' academic immaturity. Conclusions: The findings of the research can be considered as part of the reform programs of the University of Cultural Studies in order to eliminate students' academic immensity.
