شهر كهن «ري» در بوفكور : بازخواني عناصر فرهنگي، اجتماعي و جغرافياي تاريخي

صادق هدايت از نام دارترين داستان نويسان ايراني و رمان «بوف كور» مهم ترين نوشته ي اوست. هدايت در حوزههاي مختلف جغرافياي تاريخي و اقليمشناسي شهرهاي كهن ايران، مطالعات نسبتاً گستردهاي داشته است كه نمود پارهاي از اين مطالعات را ميتوان آشكارا در برخي از آثار او از جمله «بوفكور» ديد. تاكنون درباره ي بوفكور بسيار نوشته شده است. اما آن چه در اين مقاله در كانون توجه قرار گرفته؛ همانندي توصيفات مكان قصه با موقعيت قديم شهر ري، در سده¬هاي سه تا هفت هجري قمريست. انطباق جغرافياي تاريخي ري با توصيفات بوفكور كه براي نخستين بار به گونه اي مستند در اين مقاله صورت پذيرفته؛ نشانه اي ديگر از دقت نظر هدايت در پرداخت داستاني بوفكور، و تأييديست بر اين گفته ي او كه: «بوفكور، پر از شگرد است و حساب و كتاب دقيق دارد». فضاي اين داستان به رغم پيچيدگي و بدعت، عناصري از جهان واقعيت را باز مي تابد كه به بخش مجزايي از ري سده هاي سه تا هفت هجري قمري نظر دارد. در اين مقاله همانندي توصيفات مكاني «بوفكور» با جغرافياي تاريخي شهر قديم ري، بر پايه ي پنج عنصر اصلي: سازه هاي شهر، ويژگي هاي مدني شهر، موقعيت تجاري شهر، توپوگرافي شهر و عناصر فرهنگي و اجتماعي آن، مورد بررسي و بازشناسي دقيق تطبيقي قرار گرفته است.
