كاربست كارآفريني دانشگاهي در دانشگاه‌هاي ايران به مثابه يك مساله

Implemention of Academic Entrepreneurship in Iranian Universities as an Issue

مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسي و تحليل مسائل و چالش‌هاي كاربست كارآفريني دانشگاهي در دانشگاه‌هاي ايران نگاشته شده است. روش اين تحقيق از نوع آميخته بوده و در بخش مطالعه كيفي با استفاده از روش اسنادي و مطالعه اكتشافي، (20 مورد از اسناد پژوهشي و ديدگاه 15 نفر از خبرگان آموزش عالي) مدل مفهومي اكوسيستم دانشگاهي توسعه داده شده و در بخش مطالعه كمي (پيمايش) ابعاد اكوسيستم كارآفريني دانشگاهي توسط 79 نفر از مديران دانشگاهي مورد پايش قرار گرفته است. ضرايب روايي و اعتبار سازه اي ابزار تحقيق از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ و تحليل عاملي مورد محاسبه و تاييد قرار گرفت. در بخش پيمايش، داده‌هاي تحقيق با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس.پي.اس.اس21 مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. در اين تحقيق مدل مفهومي اكوسيستم دانشگاهي در قالب شش مولفه اصلي شامل سياست، بسترهاي مالي و اقتصادي، بسترهاي فرهنگي و اجتماعي، پشتيباني ها، نهادها، شبكه‌ها و تعاملات و سرمايه انساني توسعه داده شده و بر اساس مدل تحليلي سوات، از چهار جنبه، نقاط قوت و ضعف، فرصت و تهديد بر اساس نظر مديران دانشگاه‌هاي دولتي مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه در بعد سياست، نقاط قوت و در ابعاد سرمايه انساني و نهادها، شبكه‌ها و تعاملات نقاط ضعف داراي بيشترين قدرت تعيين كنندگي است. در ابعاد پشتيباني‌ها و بسترهاي فرهنگي و اجتماعي بيشترين قدرت تعيين كنندگي مربوط به فرصت ها، و در نهايت در بسترهاي مالي و اقتصادي بيشترين قدرت تعيين كنندگي مربوط به تهديدها است.

This paper aims to develop a conceptual and analytical model of academic entrepreneurship ecosystem, from the viewpoints of experts and managers in Iranian public universities. The method of this study is the mixed method. In the qualitative section, a conceptual model of the academic ecosystem is developed by using exploratory and documentary study (20 research documents and viewpoints of 15 experts of Higher Education) and in the quantitative section (survey), dimensions of the academic entrepreneurial ecosystem were monitored by 79 university managers. In this study, reliability and construct validity of the survey instrument were calculated and confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and factor analysis. In the survey section, data were analyzed using the SPSS21 software. The conceptual model of the academic ecosystem is developed in six key dimensions including policy, financial and economic fields, cultural and social, supports, institutions, networks and interactions and human capital and based on SWOT analysis managers' viewpoints of public universities were analyzed according to four aspects including strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Results and findings show that due to the special value calculated for each factor, in terms of policy, strengths have been the most powerful determinants. In terms of human capital, institutions, networks and interactions set, weaknesses have the most potential participants. In supports and cultural and social aspects, the most powerful determinants are the opportunities, and ultimately more power in the context of financial and economic determinants are the threats
