The Relationship between Resiliency, Psychological Well-being and Marital Satisfaction of Infertile Couples Undergoing in Vitro Fertilization

زمينه و هدف: مشكل ناباروري در دنياي امروز به عنوان يك نگراني اجتماعي درآمده و با معضلات روانشناختي و اجتماعي متعددي همراه است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعيين رابطه سطوح تاب آوري و بهزيستي روانشناختي با رضايت زناشويي در زوجين ناباروري تحت درمان لقاح رحمي بود. روش و مواد: روش مطالعه توصيفي- همبستگي و در سال 94-1393 تعداد 60 زوج نابارور به كلينيك ناباروري رويش شهر كرج مراجعه كردند. از اين تعداد از طريق نمونه گيري هدفمند 45 زوج (90 زن و شوهر) 25 تا 44 سال انتخاب شدند. ابزارهاي اين مطالعه، پرسشنامه تاب آوري Commor- Davidson ' s پرسشنامه بهزيستي روانشناختي 1989 و پرسشنامه رضايت زناشويي Hudson ' s بود. داده ها با استفاده از تحليل رگرسيون چندگانه تحليل شد. يافته ها: يافته هاي مطالعه نشان داد كه رابطه تاب آوري (F=0/016, β=0/196) و بهزيستي روانشناختي با رضايت زناشويي زوجين نابارور (F=0/002, β=0/291) مثبت و معنادار است و تاب آوري و بهزيستي روانشناختي مشتركا مي توانند 47 درصد واريانس رضايت زناشويي آنها را تبيين كنند ( 0/001>P) نتيجه گيري: مطالعه نشان داد تاب آوري با بهزيستي روانشناختي و رضايت زناشويي در زنان نابارور رابطه دارد. از اين رو مي توان با اتخاذ تدابيري منجمله آموزش براي ارتقا سازه شخصيتي تاب آوري، وضعيت سلامت روان زوجين نابارور را بهبود بخشيد و زمينه و بستر تداوم روابط خانوادگي آنها را فراهم كرد.

Background and Objectives: Today infertility problem become social concern and is associated with numerous psychological and social problems. The study sought to determine relationship between levels of resiliency and psychological well-being and marital satisfaction in infertile couples undergoing intrauterine insemination. Material and Methods: Method of research was cross correlational that statistical population comprises all infertile couples who referred to infertility clinic in Karaj city that were 60 couples in 2012-2013. 45 couples between 25-44 years old were selected during 5 months by purposive sampling method. Tools were connor-davidson’sresiliency scale, ryff’s psychological well-being questionnaire and hudson’s marital satisfaction. data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. Results: The results showed that the relationship between Resiliency (β=0.196, P=0.016) and psychological well-being with marital satisfaction in infertile couples (β=0.291, P=0.002) is positive and significant and Resiliency and psychological well-being can explain 47% of variance in marital satisfaction (P<0.001). Conclusion: The study showed resiliency with psychological well-being and marital satisfaction affected on mental structure and interpersonal relationships in infertile couple’s. Hence measures, including education for promoting the resiliency personality, mental health infertile couples to improve their family relationships provide continuity and context.
