Transformation Management in the Program of development and Innovation in Medical Science Education: A Survey of Experts' Viewpoints

زمينه و اهداف: برنامه تحول و نوآوري در آموزش علوم پزشكي بادرك واقـع بينانـه از وضـعيت آموزش سلامت كشور، راهبردهاي هوشـمندانه اي را بـراي تحول در آموزش سلامت ترسيم نمود. اين پژوهش جهت بررسي وضعيت مديريت تحول دراين برنامه انجام شد. روش بررسي: اين مطالعه مقطعي به روش توصيفي-تحليلي انجام شد. جامعه آماري، خبرگان كشوري برنامه تحول و نوآوري وروش ‌نمونه‌گيري، ‌هدفمندو ابزارتحقيق پرسشنامه پژوهشگرساخته مشتمل ‌بر‌23‌گويه در قالب 7مولفه با ‌مقياس ‌پنج ‌درجه‌اي ‌ليكرت‌ بوده است.‌ ‌روايي ‌ابزار ‌ازنظر ‌صاحبنظران تاييدو ‌پايايي ‌با‌ ضريب‌ آلفاي‌ كرونباخ‌ 81/0مطلوب ‌ارزيابي‌ شد. توصيف و تحليل اطلاعات با spss21، آماره هاي توصيفي، آزمون t مستقل و تحليل واريانس انجام شد. يافته ها:از نظر خبرگان، هدف برنامه، بيشتر"ايجاد و توسعه راه‌حل نو و خلاقانه"( ميانگين91/0±86/ 3)، شيوه پياده سازي، بيشتر"تحول پيوسته"(ميانگين01/1±45/3)، مجريان تحول، بيشتردرحال"اقدام براي نظم دهي بهتر به فعاليت ها"(89/0± 56/3)، راهبردهاي ايجاد تحول، بيشتر"مشاركتي"(04/1± 56/3)، چرخه زندگي،بيشتردرمرحله"كم بودن مقاومت دربرابرتغيير"(97/0 64/3)، علل مقاومت، بيشتر"فردي"(74/0± 94/3)و سطوح تحول، بيشتر "تغيير دانش"(76/091/3) تشخيص داده شد. ميانگين بر اساس سابقه كار، مقطع تحصيلي، مرتبه علمي، سن و محل خدمت فاقد تفاوت معنادارولي از نظر جنسيت معناداربود. نتيجه گيري: تمركز بيشتر بر ايجاد و توسعه راه‌حل نو و خلاقانه، شيوه پياده سازي پيوسته، نظم دهي بهتر به فعاليت ها، راهبرد تحول مشاركتي و ورود به مرحله كم بودن مقاومت در برابر تغيير، نشان از فراهم بودن فرصت براي موفقيت برنامه دارد؛ در عين حال، موفقيت كامل برنامه تحول و نوآوري مستلزم سازوكارهاي تخصصي ازجمله انعطاف پذيري زياد، باز طراحي ساختارها و ارج نهادن به تحول و نوآوري است.

Introduction: The program of development and innovation in medical education with realistic understanding of the current situation of health education, has developed clever strategies for development of health education system. This research has been done to investigate the management status of this program. Methods: This cross-sectional study was descriptive-analytic. The population were the country's37 experts. The sampling was purposeful and tool was a researcher-made questionnaire Includes 23 items and 7 components in Likert scale. The validity was confirmed by the experts. The reliability confirmed by Alpha coefficient was rated 0.81. Data analysis done by descriptive statistics, independent t-test and variance analysis. Results: In terms of experts, the most goal of the program was "create and develop a new and innovative solution" (mean3.86 ± 0.91),The implementation method was more the "continuous development" (3.45 ± 1.01), The most progressive actors were "acting for better regulation of activities" (3.36 ± 0.89, Developmental strategies were more "participatory" (3/56 ± 1/4), Life cycle was more in the "low resistance to change" stage (3.64 ± 0.97), The causes of resistance were more "individual" (3.94 ± 0.74) an‎d transformational levels, the most was "knowledge change" (3.91 ± 0.76).Average scores based on work record, degree, academic rank, age and place of service There was no significant difference, but gender was significant. Conclusions: Further focus on creating and developing innovative solution, a continuous implementation method, better regulation of activities, a participatory change strategy and the entry into a low level of resistance, indicate the availability of opportunities for success; Now, the full success of the program requires specialized mechanisms, including great flexibility, redevelopment of structures, and respect for change and innovation.
