چكيده فارسي :
يكي از كاركردهاي زبان، نقش ارتباطي آن است. اين ارتباط در دو بعد شفاهي وكتبي تبلور
مي يابد. يكي از جنبه هاي علمي زبان، كاربرد آن به صورت نوشته است. زبان نوشتار،
هنجارهاي خاص خود را دارد و به گونه هايي چون اداري، مطبوعاتي، ادبي، علمي و ... تقسيم
مي شود. هر اهل زباني بايد بياموزد كه زبان را در موقعيت هاي اجتماعي كه يك بعد آن
مكاتبات اداري است، چگونه به كار برد تا هدف ارتباطي زبان تحقق پذيرد. در جهت نيل به
اين هدف، پژوهش حاضر خطاهاي رايج را در مكاتبات اداري، براساس بخشنامه هاي صادرشده
به عنوان اصلي ترين بخش از چندين اداره وسازمان(آموزش وپرورش، بانك، هلال احمر، علوم
پزشكي و فرمانداري) مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و شيوة درست نويسي و به كارگيري واژه يا تعبير
در مقابل خطا توضيح داده شده است به طوري كه خطاها را به دو بخش عمدة واژگاني و
دستوري تقسيم نموده و موارد هر يك در ذيل بخش مربوط به آن، بيان گرديده است.

One of the functions of language is its communication role. This relationship is crystallized in both oral and tactical terms. One of the scientific aspects of language, its use is written. The written language has its own norms and is divided into types such as administrative, press, literary, scientific, and so on. Every language learner needs to learn how to use language in social situations, which is one aspect of this administrative correspondence, so that the communication goal of the language can be fulfilled. In order to achieve this goal, the research has examined the common mistakes in the administrative correspondence, according to the directives issued as the main part of several departments and organizations (education, bank, crescent, medical sciences and government), and the method of recruiting and applying The word or interpretation to the error is described, so that the errors are divided into two major lexical and syntactic sections, and each of the cases is described below in the relevant section
