عوامل مؤثر بر يادگيري باليني دانشجويان پرستاري: يك تحقيق كيفي

The factors affecting the clinical learning of the nursing students: A qualitative research

زمينه و هدف: آموزش در مراكز باليني فرصت هايي را براي دانشجويان فراهم مي كند تا پرستاري را در دنياي واقعي تجربه كنند و دانش نظري فراگرفته را در عمل بكار گيرند. محيط يادگيري باليني يك شبكه ي تعاملي از نيروهاي مؤثر بر پيامدهاي يادگيري دانشجويان است. با وجود اينكه فرايند يادگيري باليني از مفاهيم پايه و اساسي آماده نمودن دانشجويان پرستاري براي كار در محيط هاي باليني است اما درك محدودي از عوامل مؤثر بر آن در محيط هاي يادگيري باليني در ايران وجود دارد. هدف از اين پژوهش شناخت و درك عميق تر عوامل مؤثر بر يادگيري باليني دانشجويان پرستاري با توجه به شرايط و ويژگي هاي آنان و ساختار سازماني محيط هاي آموزش باليني در ايران بود. روش بررسي: در اين مطالعه ي كيفي 19 دانشجوي پرستاري از دانشگاه علوم پزشكي زنجان شركت داشتند. داده ها با استفاده ازمصاحبه هاي عميق نيمه ساختار جمع آوري شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از آناليز محتوا استفاده گرديد. متن مصاحبه ها كلمه به كلمه پياده ‌شد و هم زمان با جمع آوري اطلاعات مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته ها: با تجزيه و تحليل داده ها 3 تم اصلي مشخص گرديد. تم هاي اصلي در رابطه با عوامل مؤثر بر يادگيري باليني دانشجويان پرستاري شامل محيط يادگيري باليني، رفتارهاي آموزشي مربيان باليني، عوامل فردي دانشجويان بود. نتيجه گيري: يافته هاي اين مطالعه درك عميقي از تجربيات يادگيري باليني دانشجويان پرستاري در ايران فراهم نمود.در نتيجه مديران آموزشي و مدرسان در وضعيت بهتري براي آموزش باليني دانشجويان قرار مي گيرند.

Background and Objective: Training in clinical centers provides the students with opportunities to experience nursing in the real world and put theoretical knowledge into practice. The clinical learning environment is an interactive network of contributing forces in learning outcome of the students. Although the clinical learning process is a basic concept in preparing the nursing students for clinical environment practice, there is only a limited knowledge of factors affecting it in Iranian clinical environment. This research aims at gaining in-depth understanding of the factors affecting the clinical learning of nursing students regarding their situation and the organization structure of Iranian clinical environment. Material and Methods: The participants in this qualitative study were 19 nursing students of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences (ZUMS). The data was collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews. Content analysis was used to analyze the data. The interviews were scripted verbatim and analyzed concurrently. Results: Three main themes were recognized through analyzing the data. The main themes affecting the clinical learning of nursing students included clinical learning environment, educational behavior of clinical instructors, and students' individual factors. Conclusion: The research results provide on in depth understanding of nursing students' clinical experiences in Iran. Deeper understanding of the factors affecting the clinical learning process of the students and its outcome, drawing the educational managers' attention, and clinical instructors and students to the facilitating factors, and reducing or controlling the inhibiting factors will result in improved learning in students, and put the educational managers and clinical teachers in a better situation for clinical training.
