چكيده فارسي :
يكي از مهم ترين آثار پزشكي دوره اسلامي، كتاب قانون في الطب نوشته پزشك مشهور ايران، حسين بن عبدالله بن سينا است. هرگونه كوشش براي تصحيح، بررسي و البته موضوع هايي از اين دست، درباره اين كتاب، نيازمند شناخت دقيق و همه جانبه ما از آن است. اين آگاهي ها از جمله شامل ساختارشناسي كتاب، آگاهي از دست نويس هاي باقي مانده از آن، چاپ ها و تصحيح ها و البته ترجمه هاي آن به زبان هاي مختلف است. درباره ساختارشناسي اين كتاب تاكنون كوشش هاي متعددي انجام شده است. در خصوص معرفي نسخه هاي خطي كتاب قانون نيز كمابيش كوشش هايي انجام شده است؛ اما هنوز فهرست جامعي از همه نسخه هاي خطي اين كتاب تهيه نشده است. حال اگر به اين موضوع توجه كنيم كه براي چاپ و تصحيح اين كتاب گرانقدر در دست داشتن قديم ترين نسخه ها و كامل ترين نسخه ها چقدر اهميت دارند، توجه به تهيه فهرست هايي از دست نويس هاي اين كتاب اهميتي دو چندان مي يابد. به عنوان گام اول، در مقاله حاضر كوشيده ايم فهرستي از همه نسخه هاي خطي كتاب قانون في الطب در كتابخانه هاي مهم ايران و جهان تهيه كنيم كه فهرست نسخه هاي خطي آن ها گردآوري و منتشر شده است. اگرچه، به اين نكته نيز توجه داريم كه فهرست حاضر تنها يكي از فهرست هاي نسخه هاي خطي قانون و تهيه شده بر اساس سال استنساخ است و راه زيادي براي نهايي شدن آن باقي مانده است.

One of the most important medical works of the Islamic era is the Canon of Medicine, written by the renowned Iranian physician, Ibn Sina (Avicenna). Any attempt to revise, review, and, of course, doing such tasks requires accurate and comprehensive information about it. This includes understanding the structure of the book, being informed about the existing manuscripts, versions (editions), corrections, and, of course, translations into different languages. So far, many efforts have been made to specify the structure of this book. Efforts have been made to introduce the manuscripts of the Canon, but there is still no comprehensive list of all manuscripts of this book. Considering the significance of having access to the oldest and most complete versions for publishing and revising this valuable book, the importance of making catalogs of the manuscripts of the book becomes twofold. In the present article, as a first step, a list containing all manuscripts of the Canon of Medicine published in the major libraries of Iran and the world has been prepared. However, we consider this list just as one of the lists of Canon of Medicine manuscripts and is prepared based on the year of transcription, and it is still far from being finalized.
