Overview of the Most Prestigious Journals of Medical Microbiology, Spring 2014

چاپ مقاله در مجله هاي تخصصي كه در نمايه هاي معتبر ايندكس مي شوند و توزيع بين المللي دارند، منجر به اعتبار بخشي نتايج حاصل از تحقيق دانشمندان مي گردد و در ارتقاي جايگاه علمي پ‍ژ‍وهشگر و كشور حايز اهميت مي باشد. لذا شناخت مجله هاي تخصصي هر رشته از اهميت بسزايي برخوردار است. نظر به اهميت اين موضوع، تحقيق حاضر براي اولين بار، با هدف بررسي، شناخت و معرفي معتبرترين مجله هاي تخصصي ميكروب شناسي پزشكي انجام گرفت. مواد و روش ها مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصيفي و در بهار سال 1393 در دانشگاه علوم پزشكي رفسنجان انجام گرفت. شناسايي مجله هاي تخصصي ميكروب شناسي پزشكي بر اساس جستجو در منابع اطلاعات آنلاين نظير: پايگاه داده هاي كتاب شناسي Medline، Embase، Cochrane و Scopus، مجله هاي الكترونيكي OVID و MEDLIB و موتورهاي جستجوگر Medline Plus و Google Scholar انجام گرفت. يافته ها پس از دريافت ليست مجله ها از سايت هاي مزبور، 41 عنوان از مهمترين مجله هاي مرتبط و پرتكرار توسط پژوهشگران انتخاب شد و از نظر مهمترين اطلاعات، مشتمل بر نام مجله، كشور ارائه كننده مجله، ناشر، سردبير، حيطه موضوعي، انواع مقاله هاي چاپي، مهمترين نمايه هاي مجله، قدمت مجله، شاخص هيرش، دوره چاپ، ضريب تاثير، تعداد مقاله هاي منتشر شده در آخرين شماره و آدرس اينترنتي مجله مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتيجه گيري به روز كردن اطلاعات در زمينه مجله هاي تخصصي، بررسي مقاله هاي منتشره در شماره هاي اخير مجله و به ويژه رعايت الزام هاي نگارش مقاله در مجله مورد نظر، به كارگيري منابع معتبر و به روز در مقاله و همچنين، استفاده از نظر محققين متخصص و صاحب نام در زمينه انتخاب مجله، منجر به افزايش شانس پ‍ژوهشگر در چاپ مقاله در مجله هاي معتبر تخصصي مي گردد.

Publishing articles in specialized journals that are prestigious indexing with international distribution have led scientists to validate the results of the research area. In this case, it may increase and promote the situation of the scientist and the country that research has been done in it. Considering the importance of this issue, the present study aimed to investigate, for the first time, and introduce the most prestigious journals in medical microbiology. Materials an‎d Methods A descriptive study was conducted in 2014 in Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences. Identifying the Journals of Medical Microbiology performed according to online information sources; Bibliographic databases: Medline, Scopus, Cochrane and EMBASE, Electronic-journals: OVID and MEDLIB, Search engines: Google Scholar and MedlinePlus. Results After collecting of the Journals from mentioned sources, the 41 most relevant and reiterative journals were selected and withdrawn the duplicate titles. Important information of journals including; name of the Journal, publisher, editor in chief, subject coverage, types of published articles, indexing, abstracting, oldness of the journal,, Hirsch index, duration of publishing, impact factor, number of articles have been published in last issue and the journal website were surveyed. Conclusion Updating the data of the special journals, reviewing articles, which have been published in recent issues, specially; compliance requirements in the journal, resource utilization "valid and up to date" and also the use of expert and well-known researchers in case of journal selection, may lead to increase the chance of researchers to publish their papers in the prestigious -specialized journals.
