الگوي تفكر راهبردي در انديشۀ سياسي مقام معظم رهبري

The Pattern of Strategic Thinking in the Political Thought of the Supreme Leader

تفاوت در مبنا، علت، نوع، فرايند، حوزه و نتيجۀ انديشيدن آحاد انسان‌ها، چالش‌برانگيز است. از تفاوت‌هاي انديشيدن مردم را بايد در نقش رهبران جست‌وجو كرد. ازاين‌رو، ابعاد گوناگون شخصيت رهبري با كاربردهايي متفاوت همچنان در مراكز مطالعاتي كشورهاي مختلف مورد بحث و گفت‌وگوست؛ ازاين‌رو، چگونگي الگوي تفكر راهبردي مقام معظم رهبريa در انديشۀ سياسي، مي‌تواند پرسش اين مقاله باشد. تفكر راهبردي موجب تجليلات فكري و عملي، و دربردارندۀ قابليت‌هايي است كه برجستگي افراد و رهبران مرهون آن است و محروميت از آن، علت مهمي در شكست و ناكامي‌هاي جوامع و ملت‌ها به شمار مي‌آيد. نويسندۀ اين نوشتار مي‌كوشد؛ ميزان توجه مقام معظم رهبريa به عناصر تفكر راهبردي (مستخرجه از منظر انديشمندان) را بسنجد و تاحدامكان از اين طريق به اولويت‌هاي الگوي تفكر راهبردي معظم له پي ببرد. شيوۀ اين پژوهش، اكتشافي و جمع‌آوري اطلاعات آن اسنادي، و اعتباربخشي داده از طريق خبرگي است و نتيجه‌اش، مبين آن است كه همۀ مؤلفه‌‌هاي چهارده‌‌گانۀ مطرح‌شده ازسوي صاحب‌‌نظران تفكر راهبردي، مورد توجه مقام معظم رهبريa قرار گرفته و در الگوي تفكر راهبردي ايشان، «توجه به چشم‌‌انداز و تمركز بر هدف»، از درجۀ اهميت بيشتري برخوردار است.

The difference in the basis, cause, type, process, field, and result of thinking among human beings bring about challenges. The difference in thinking must be traced in the role of leaders. Thus, different dimensions of the personality of a leader with various applications is discussed in research centers in different countries. Therefore, the pattern of strategic thinking of the Supreme Leader in political thought can be the question of the present article. Strategic thinking brings about intellectual and practical manifestations and entails capabilities upon which the popularity of the people and leaders depends and being deprived from it is regarded as an important cause of failures of communities and nations. The present article tries to assess the degree of the attention of the Supreme Leader to the elements of strategic thinking (adopted from the viewpoint of thinkers) and by that discover the priorities of the pattern of strategic thinking of the Supreme Leader to the extent possible. The present research uses discovery method and documentary data collection and the validation of data is done through experts' judgments and the result indicate that all the fourteen components raised by experts of strategic thinking are considered by the Supreme Leader and in his pattern of strategic thinking "paying attention to the perspective and focusing on the goal" enjoys higher levels of important.
