چالش‌هاي اجتماعي-سياسي و علل بروز و آثار آن در انقلاب مشروطه و انقلاب اسلامي

Socioplitical Challenges and their Causes and Outcomes in the Constitutional Revolution and the Islamic Revolution

انقلاب‌ها در مسير استمرار، تكامل و اجراسازي اهداف خود با چالش‌هاي متعدد روبه‌رو بوده‌اند. بسياري از اين چالش‌ها مشابه‌اند و ازاين‌رو، در انقلاب‌هاي ديگر نيز تكرار شده‌اند؛ به‌ويژه اگر بسترهاي وقوع آنها، يكسان بوده باشند. وجود چنين تشابهاتي، فرصت مناسبي را براي رهبران انقلاب‌هاي بعدي فراهم مي‌آورد تا از تجارب آنها استفاده كنند. انقلاب مشروطه، از انقلاب‌هاي بزرگ دورۀ معاصر ايران است كه با چالش‌هاي زيادي روبه‌رو شد كه سرانجام، آن به انحراف انجاميد. باتوجه‌به يكساني بسترهاي اين رويداد با انقلاب اسلامي، مسئلۀ مقاله، مقايسۀ چالش‌هاي اجتماعي- سياسي انقلاب مشروطه با انقلاب اسلامي است. احتمالاً مورد مطالعۀ اين پژوهش، در انقلاب اسلامي نيز تكرارشدني است. ازاين‌رو، سؤال اين است كه وجوه تشابه چالش‌هاي انقلاب مشروطه و انقلاب اسلامي كدام‌اند؟ اين مقاله با روش توصيفي‌-‌تحليلي تاريخي به دنبال پاسخ به اين پرسش است. مهم‌ترين نتايج به‌دست آمده عبارت‌اند از: 1. بزرگ‌نمايي اختلافات بين نخبگان اجتماعي-سياسي و درگيركردن بدنۀ جامعه؛ 2. ايجاد فاصله بين نخبگان اجتماعي-سياسي و رهبران انقلاب؛ 3. پاسخ كاذب به نيازهاي حقيقي جامعه و انحراف افكار عمومي.

Revolutions face various challenges in the path of their continuity, evolution, and enforcement of their goals. Many of these challenges are similar and have been repeated in other revolutions as well; especially if the grounds for their occurrence are alike. Such similarities provide suitable opportunities for the leaders of subsequent revolutions to make use of their experiences. The Constitutional Revolution is one of the great revolutions of the contemporary Iran which faced many challenges and was finally deviated from its path. Regarding the similarity of the grounds of this event and that of the Islamic Revolution, the present article seeks to compare the sociopolitical challenges of the Constitutional Revolution and the Islamic Revolution. The issue investigated in the present article can probably be repeated in the Islamic Revolution as well. Therefore, the question is: What are the similarities of the challenges of the Constitutional Revolution and the Islamic Revolution? The present article uses historical-analytical method in order to answer this question. He most important results include: 1. exaggerating the disputes among sociopolitical elites and engaging the society in it; 2. creating a gap between the socioplolitical elites and the leaders of the revolution; 3. giving unreal answers to the real needs of the society and deviating the public thoughts.
