واكاوي درون‌‌ديني راهبردهاي حفاظت از اصل استقلال سياسي دولت اسلامي در روابط خارجي

An Intra-religion Analysis of the Strategies to Protect the Principle of the Political Independence of the Islamic Government in Foreign Relations

حيات دولت اسلامي در روابط خارجي، به حفظ استقلال سياسي وابسته است. آيات و روايات نيز عالي‌ترين نگاه راهبردي به حفاظت از استقلال سياسي دولت اسلامي در حوزۀ روابط خارجي را عرضه مي‌كند؛ اما اينك و در دولت اسلامي برآمده از انقلاب اسلامي، بيش از هر زمان ديگري به راهبردهاي قرآني و روايي به‌اقتضاي زمان و مكان نياز داريم. ازاين‌رو، از سؤالاتي كه در اين عرصه پيش روي ما قرار مي‌گيرد، آن است كه آموزه‌‌هاي ديني چه راهبردهايي را براي حفظ استقلال سياسي دولت اسلامي ارائه مي‌كند؟ خوداتكايي، اقتدار، ديپلماسي، كارآمدي و صلح‌گرايي، تنها بخشي از راهبردهاي حفظ استقلال سياسي در بُعد روابط خارجي خواهد بود. بنابراين مي‌توان گفت اين پژوهش به دنبال ارائۀ كاربردي راهبردهايي است كه روابط خارجي يك دولت اسلامي چون جمهوري اسلامي را در چهارچوبه‌هايي نظير "نه شرقي و نه غربي" نگاه مي‌دارد. اين پژوهش، به‌شيوۀ توصيفي- تحليلي و برمبناي استنطاق آيات قرآن و روايات معصومان‰، درصدد برجسته‌سازي نقش بيداري اسلامي، هم‌بستگي و عزم ملي، صلح‌‌گرايي با حفظ عزّت و زندگي مسالمت‌‌آميز و عزت‌مدارانه و نظاير آن در حفظ ماندگاري خارجي دولت اسلامي است.

The life of the Islamic government in foreign relations depends on maintaining political independence. Verses of the Quran and narrations present the highest level of strategic consideration for protecting the political independence of the Islamic government in the field of foreign relations; but now in the government derived from the Islamic Revolution, we need Quranic and narrative strategies more than any time before. Thus, among the questions that confront us in this field is: What strategies do religious teachings present for protecting the political independence of the Islamic government? Self-reliance, authority, diplomacy, efficiency, and peacefulness are only a part of the strategies to protect political independence in foreign relations. Therefore, it can be mentioned that: the present research seeks to present strategies which protect the foreign relations of an Islamic government like the Islamic Republic in frameworks like "Neither the East nor the West". The present research, using descriptive-analytical method and based on the verses of the Quran and narrations of the Infallibles (A.S.), seeks to highlight the role of Islamic awakening, national unity and determination, peacefulness by maintaining dignity and peaceful and dignified life and the like in protecting the foreign relations of the Islamic government.
