شناسايي و تحليل پيشران هاي توسعه سياسي در ايران بعد از انقلاب اسلامي؛ سناريويي مطلوب براي آينده

Identification and Analysis of Drivers of Political Development in Iran after the Islamic Revolution; A Desired Scenario for the Future

روندپژوهي توسعۀ سياسي در تاريخ معاصر ايران نشان مي‌دهد كه به‌رغم همۀ تلاش‌ها و فرازونشيب‌ها درجهت دستيابي به توسعۀ سياسي در ادوار مختلف، تا قبل از انقلاب اسلامي شاخصه‌هاي توسعه سياسي در ايران چندان رشد نكرده و گسترش نيافته است. درعوض، پس از پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي، شاخصه‌هاي كمّي و كيفي توسعۀ سياسي از رشد چشمگيري برخوردار شده‌اند؛ اما چگونه؟ بنابراين، پرسش اساسي پژوهش حاضر اين است كه عمده‌ترين پيش‌ران‌هايي كه سبب‌ساز تغيير درجهت رشد شاخص‌هاي توسعۀ سياسي در ايران بعد از انقلاب اسلامي شده و زمينه را براي دستيابي به توسعۀ سياسي فراهم كرده‌اند، كدام‌اند؟ هدف پژوهش، شناسايي و تبيين پيش‌ران‌هاي اثرگذار بر توسعه سياسي در ايران بعد از پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي براساس پنل خبرگاني است. روش پژوهش بدين‌گونه است كه تعدادي از استادان و برجستگان دانشگاهي‌ به‌عنوان جامعۀ آماري پژوهش انتخاب شده و به پرسش‌نامه خبرگاني تنظيم‌شده پاسخ داده و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار ميك‌مك، يافته‌ها تحليل و پيش‌ران‌ها اولويت‌گذاري شده‌اند. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان مي‌دهند كه تقويت پيش‌ران‌هايي كه موجب ارتقاي توسعۀ سياسي در مقطع مدنظر شده‌اند، مي‌توانند به روند دستيابي به توسعۀ سياسي در آينده سرعت دهند و زمينۀ تحقق آرمان‌هاي مهم انقلاب اسلامي (آزادي، عدالت و استقلال) را نيز فراهم سازند.

Trend study of political development in the contemporary history of Iran shows that in spite of all efforts and ups and downs in reaching political development in different periods, criteria of political development did not develop in Iran before the Islamic Revolution. Rather, after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, the quantitative and qualitative criteria of political development enjoyed significant development; but how? Therefore, the main question of the present research is: What are the main drivers which brought about change in the development of the criteria of political development in Iran after the Islamic Revolution and set the ground for achieving political development? The present research aims at identifying and explaining the influential drivers on political development in Iran after the victory of the Islamic Revolution based on experts panel. Regarding the research methodology, some of the university professors and great figure were selected as the statistical population and they answered an already developed questionnaire and the data was analyzed by using Mic Mac software and the drivers were given priority. The findings of the research reveal that strengthening the drivers which bring about political development in the period under question can facilitate the process of achieving political development in the future and set the ground for the realization of the main ideals of the Islamic Revolution (freedom, justice and independence).
