Investigating the Factors Shaping, Transforming and Positioning of OPEC in The Global Economy

انرژي به عنوان پاشنه آشيل بسياري از روندهاي جهاني بوده و نفت نقش خون تمدن و صنعت در قلب اقتصاد جهاني را دارد. براي سياست‌گذاري بر اين ماده استراتژيك، اوپك به عنوان يك سازمان بين‌المللي تخصصي فرامنطقه‌اي، توسط پنج عضو موسس ايران، عراق، عربستان سعودي، كويت و ونزوئلا در كنفرانس 10 تا 14سپتامبر سال 1960 در بغداد تشكيل شد. اين سازمان تنها با داشتن كمتر از 5 درصد جمعيت جهان و دارا بودن 89/81 درصد از ذخاير اثبات شده نفت خام و حدود 40 درصد از سهم توليد نفت خام جهاني در تضمين امنيت عرضه پايدار انرژي در اقتصاد جهاني نقش آفرين بوده است. عملكرد اوپك از زمان تاسيس تاكنون از فراز و نشيب هايي برخوردار بوده است. حال سوال اصلي اين است كه اوپك چه جايگاهي در اقتصاد جهاني در دهه كنوني دارد. فرض بر اين است كه اين سازمان با عبوراز دوره هاي فراز و نشيب ، در سن 58 ساله خود دچار نزول جايگاه در اقتصاد جهاني شده است. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي عوامل شكل گيري ، تحول اوپك و شناخت بيشتر جايگاه اين سازمان در اقتصاد جهاني در دهه كنوني است . طرح الگوي تعامل سازنده هوشمند براي ارتقائ انسجام درون سازماني و جايگاه آن در اقتصاد جهاني يكي از ابتكارات اين پژوهش است. براي گردآوري داده ها از روش اسنادي- كتابخانه اي و براي تحليل موضوع از نظريه رئاليسم در اقتصاد سياسي بين‌الملل رابرت گيلپين بهره برده،روش تحقيق ما در اين مقاله توصيفي - تحليلي است.

Energy is the Achilles heel of many global trends, and oil is the role of the blood of civilization and industry at the heart of the global economy.To policy on this strategic matter, OPEC, as a transnational specialized international organization, was founded by five founding members: Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Venezuela at the 10th-14th September 1960 conference in Baghdad. This organization only having less than 5% of the world's population owns 81.89% of proven crude oil reserves and a share of about 40% global crude oil production has contributed to ensuring the security of energy supply in the global economy. OPEC's performance has been on the ups and downs since its inception. OPEC performance has been up and down since its inception. The main question now is: What is the position of OPEC in the global economy in the current decade? The purpose of this study was to investigate the formation, transformation and recognition of OPEC's position in the world economy in the current decade.
