اصول حاكم بر مديريت جهادي: تحليلي كيفي از تجربه مديريت جهادي در كشور

Jihadi Management Principles: A Qualitative Analysis of Experiences in Islamic Republic of Iran (Text in Persian)

مديريت جهادي از جمله مفاهيمي است كه به واسطه ضرورت هاي انقلاب اسلامي شكل گرفته و آثار و بركات فراواني را در ساليان گذشته نصيب كشور كرده است. امروزه، با گسترده شدن عرصه دشمني استكبار از سويي و جهت گيري رو به پيشرفت «جمهوري اسلامي ايران» از سوي ديگر، احساس نياز به بهره گيري از الگوهاي شكل گرفته در اين مسير افزايش يافته است؛ از اين رو هدف از اين پژوهش، شناسايي اصول حاكم بر مديريت جهادي با تحليلي كيفي از تجربه مديريت جهادي در كشور است؛ بنابراين با نگاهي گسترده تر به مفهوم مديريت جهادي و پيگيري آن در عرصه هاي مختلف اقتصادي، صنعتي، نظامي و غيره تلاش شده است تا با بهره گيري از تجربه هاي فعلان اين حوزه ها، اصول كلي حاكم بر مديريت جهادي تبيين شود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف از نوع پژوهش هاي توسعه اي است كه با روش كيفي تحليل مضمون مصاحبه هاي عمقي با 12 نفر از خبرگان انجام شده است. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه آرمان گرايي واقع گرايانه در مديريت جهادي، شامل مضامين اصلي مديريت دانش، نگاه غير ماشيني يا انساني به نظام سازي، رهبري و نه اداره، نوآوري، عدم تقليد، نگاه سيستمي، آرمان خواهي و چشم انداز وسيع و عميق است.

Jihadi management concept، since formed by the necessities of the Islamic revolution، has many great impacts on country success in the past years. Today، the expansion of the realm of arrogance، on the one hand، and the direction of growing hostility towards the Islamic Republic of Iran، on the other hand، caused the need to use the patterns formed in this way to increase. The purpose of this study is to identify the principles governing the Jihadi Management using qualitative analysis of its experiences in the country. Using a broader approach to the concept of Jihadi management and studying it in various fields of economic، industrial، military، and trying to take advantage of the experiences of these areas، this study explains the general principles governing it. Present study is a development research using qualitative thematic analysis of in-depth interviews were conducted with 12 experts. The results show a realistic idealism in the Jihadi Management، includes the main themes of knowledge management، humanistic approach to system design (not human as machine)، leadership rather than administration، innovation، not imitation، system thinking، seeking ideals، and a broad and deep perspective.
