Iran and the future of security arrangements in the Gulf region

فرايندهاي امنيتي در خليج فارس با توجه به مجاورت جغرافيايي به شكل اساسي بر منافع و جايگاه استراتژيك جمهوري اسلامي ايران در ترتيبات امنيتي خليج فارس تاثير گذار بوده­است. از طرف ديگر، حضور ايالات متحده در منطقه با پيوندهايي استراتژيكي كه با شوراي همكاري خليج فارس برقرار كرده، اين روابط را پيچيده تر ساخته است. در اين راستا، با توجه به اهميت پژوهش، هدف اين مقاله بررسي ماهيت نقش­آفريني و تاثيرگذاري ايران بر ترتيبات امنيتي در منطقه خليج فارس است. در اين راستا، سوال محوري اين مقاله بر اين مبنا است كه جمهوري اسلامي ايران چه نقشي در ترتيبات امنيتي خليج فارس دارد؟ فرضيه پژوهش نيز بر اين اساس است. جمهوري اسلامي ايران به عنوان يك نقش ضد هژمون، بر روابط امنيتي ايالات متحده با شوراي همكاري خليج فارس از وقوع انقلاب اسلامي ايران به شكل اساسي تاثيرگذار بوده­است. روش تحقيق در اين مقاله توصيفي- تحليلي و روش گردآوري داده­ها منابع كتابخانه­اي و اينترنتي است.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the Persian Gulf system of cybernetics and the possibility of Iran's role and influence on the future of security arrangements in the Persian Gulf region. In this regard, the author describes the cybernetic theory in regional studies as a conceptual framework of the research to implement the hegemonic security system of the Persian Gulf. Then, by showing the defects of the system, it describes the state of its dynamic imbalance, thus informing the cybernetic system in one of its fuzzy locations. According to the author of the Islamic Republic of Iran, using the unfamiliar absorption model that appeared at the current fuzzy point of the Persian Gulf cybernetic control system, he could derive maximum benefit from these conditions and shift his position from the controlled subsystem to the controller's position an‎d controllable.
