چكيده فارسي :
مقدﻣﻪ: ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﯾﮏ ﻣﺤﺼﻮل را در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ي رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮ، اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ و ﺑﻬﺮه وري ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ. ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﮐﻪ در ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ واﺳﻄﻪ ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎرﺑﺮي ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽ ﮔﯿﺮﻧﺪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ: ﺳﺎزﮔﺎري، ﺛﺒﺎت، اﻧﻌﻄﺎف ﭘﺬﯾﺮي، ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ اﻗﺪام، ﻣﺤﺪودﯾﺖ ادراﮐﯽ، ﺳﻮدﻣﻨﺪي، ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده آﺳﺎن، ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ ﺑﺎرﮐﺎري ﺣﺎﻓﻈﻪ، راﻫﻨﻤﺎي ﮐﺎرﺑﺮ، رﺿﺎﯾﺘﻤﻨﺪي و ﻣﯿﺰان ﺧﻄﺎﻫﺎ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ اﺑﺰاري ﺟﻬﺖ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدﭘﺬﯾﺮي راﺑﻂ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮي دﺳﺘﮕﺎه ﺗﻨﻔﺲ ﻣﺼﻨﻮﻋﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه در ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮ اراك و ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ اﻋﺘﺒﺎرﺑﺨﺸﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
روش ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ: ﭘﺲ از اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اوﻟﯿﻪ از ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدﭘﺬﯾﺮي، ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي رواﯾﯽ، ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ از ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ رواﯾﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ و ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮐﺎر ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ دامنه و اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻫﺎ، ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﭘﯿﺶ ﻧﻮﯾﺲ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ، ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ اﻋﻀﺎي ﭘﺎﻧﻞ ﺗﺨﺼﺼﯽ، روش اﻧﺠﺎم، ﻧﺤﻮه ﺛﺒﺖ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ، ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎي ﭘﺬﯾﺮش ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻫﺎ، ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ رواﯾﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ.
ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ: اﺑﺰار ﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﯾﮏ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ 42 ﺳﺌﻮاﻟﯽ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﺷﺪ. ﺷﺎﺧﺺ رواﯾﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ CVI در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎ ﻣﻘﺪار 0/86 ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﮐﻠﯽ ﺳﺌﻮاﻻت ﻣﻘﺪار 0/89 ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ كه ﻣﻘﺪار ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻗﺒﻮﻟﯽ در ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﺗﮑﺮارﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺸﻤﺎر ﻣﯽ رود.
ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﭘﺲ از ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ و اﺣﺮاز ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ رواﯾﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﺑﺎ اﻃﻤﯿﻨﺎن ﺑﺎﻻ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﯾﻦ اﺑﺰار را ﺑﺮاي ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدﭘﺬﯾﺮي دﺳﺘﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي ﺗﻨﻔﺲ ﻣﺼﻨﻮﻋﯽ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻪ ﮐﺮد. ﺑﺎ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﭼﻨﯿﻦ دﺳﺘﮕﺎه ﻣﻬﻢ و ﺣﯿﺎﺗﯽ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺧﻮب و ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﻣﺜﺒﺘﯽ در ﺟﻬﺖ ارﺗﻘﺎي ﮐﯿﻔﯽ، ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ و ﺑﻬﺮهوري، ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺧﻄﺎﻫﺎ و ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ واﺳﻂ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮي ﺑ دﻧﺒﺎل ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ داﺷﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: Usability is an index to assess a product from the viewpoint of user's satisfaction,
efficiency and productivity improvement. The main attributes of usability that are derived from the
human factors and are used in usability design of the interfaces include: compatibility, consistency,
flexibility, minimal action, perceptual limitation, usefulness, learnability, ease of use, minimal
memory load, user guidance, satisfaction and errors. The main aim of this study was to assess the
usability of interface design tool for a ventilator utilized in the hospitals of Arak city, Iran, and to
study its validation and reliability.
Methods: After constructing the initial questionnaire from the standard sources, specific techniques to
determine the validity, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient were used for the validity and reliability
study. The study procedure was determining the scope and dimensions of the questions, drafting
questionnaire, assigning members of the expert panel, study, questionnaire data acquisition and
analysis methods, determining acceptance criteria of the questions and the content validity and
reliability index. Final tool was a 42-items questionnaire.
Results: The content validity index (CVI) of questionnaire was 0.86. The results showed that the total
Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.89 as an acceptable value for the reliability of questionnaire.
Conclusion: After designing the final questionnaire, and the reaching to the appropriate validity and
reliability, adopting this tool to assess the usability of breathing apparatus (ventilator) is
recommended. With usability assessment of such vital instruments, quality improvement, higher
efficiency and productivity as well as errors reduction and good design user interface will be
achieved.
