واكاوي سياست خارجي دونالد ترامپ با تأكيد بر هژموني نظم جهاني ليبرال

An examination of Donald Trump's foreign policy with an emphasis on the hegemony of the liberal world order

پيروزي دونالد ترامپ در انتخابات رياست جمهوري سال 2016 در سايه شعارها و برنامه‌هاي ساختارشكنانه داخلي و خارجي باعث شد تا بسياري از صاحب‌نظران گفتمان حاكم بر سياست خارجي دولت ترامپ را يك انقطاع راديكال نسبت به گفتمان حاكم بر سياست خارجي اسلاف آن و پايان هژموني نظم جهاني ليبرال قلمداد كنند.در راستاي بررسي و تحليل ادعاي فوق پژوهش حاضر به بررسي و تحليل سياست خارجي دونالد ترامپ مي‌پردازد.در اين راستا پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخ به اين سؤال اساسي است كه رويكرد ترامپ نسبت به نظم جهاني ليبرال در عرصه سياست خارجي چگونه است؟ در پاسخ به سؤال فوق اين فرضيه محوري مطرح مي شود سياست خارجي ترامپ با اسلاف خود تفاوت ماهوي و ذاتي ندارد لذا ترامپ نيز مانند ساير رؤساي جمهور آمريكا كه از جنگ جهاني دوم به بعد به دنبال حفظ و تقويت هژموني نظم ليبرال بوده اند ذيل استراتژي سياسي- امنيتي «اول آمريكا» نه تنها به دنبال بر هم زدن اين نظم نيست بلكه به دنبال ساختن نظم نوين بين‌المللي ليبرال با شيوه‌هاي جديد از جمله برهم زدن تعهدات كنوني آمريكا با جايگزين كردن تعهدات جديد است.با توجه به اين كه تحقيق حاضر يك تحقيق كيفي است لذا روش تحقيق آن توصيفي-تحليلي است.

Donald Trump's victory in the 2016 presidential election in the shadow of domestic and foreign slogans and deconstruction led many tentat government officials to discard foreign policy as a radical break with the discourse governing the foreign policy of its predecessors and the end Hegemony of the world order of liberalism. Given that research This is a qualitative research. Therefore, its research methodology is descriptive-analytic.
