چكيده فارسي :
حزب رستاخيز ملت ايران كه در اواخر سال 1353 و با هدف تقويت موقعيت نظام شاهنشاهي پهلوي تأسيس‌شده‌بود، به‌طورتقريبي، خيلي زود، به ركود و ناكارآمدي، دچار شد و درنهايت در اوايل پاييز سال 1357 منحل شد. در مقاله پيش رو، تلاش‌شده‌است، با بهره‌گيري از نظريات ساموئل هانتينگتون و موريس دوورژه كه توانايي در بسيج سياسي گسترده و همراهي و همگامي نيروهاي وفادار و باورمند را از مهم‌ترين دلايل تقويت و تداوم حيات كارآمد احزاب سياسي، به‌طور كلي و نظام‌هاي تك‌حزبي به‌طورخاص دانسته‌اند، به رديابي فرايندي تاريخي بپردازيم كه دلايل ناكامي و فروپاشي نهايي حزب رستاخيز ملت ايران را توضيح‌مي‌دهد. رهيافت‌هاي پژوهش حاضر نشان‌مي‌دهند، ناتواني حزب رستاخيز ملت ايران در سازماندهي و جلب مشاركت سياسي گسترده (كه در درجه اول، از رويگرداني و بي‌اعتنايي مردم كشور ناشي مي‌شد) توأم با فقدان ارتباط هماهنگ و پوياي حزب با مجموعه دولت و حاكميت كه درعمل، آن را به مركزي براي اجتماع و آمدوشد سياست‌‌پيشگاني بي‌انگيزه و فاقد پايگاه اجتماعيِ قابل‌اعتنا تنزل‌داده‌بود، از تثبيت و تقويت موقعيت آن در كشور جلوگيري‌كرده، راهِ فروپاشي نهايي آن را هموارترساخت. پژوهش حاضر به‌روش بررسي تاريخي و با بهره‌گيري از الگوي «رديابي فرايند»[1]انجام‌گرفته‌است

Resurrection Party of the Iranian nation, which in late 1353 and aimed at strengthening the position of the Pahlavi dynasty was founded, almost too soon, recession and inefficiency and finally, in the early autumn of 1357 was dissolved. In the present article, we have tried, using the theories of Samuel Huntington and Maurice Duverger, that political mobilization and widespread popular support, The main reasons for the survival and strengthening of effective political parties, in general, and one-party systems in particular, have considered; to trace the historical process, look, that the reasons for failure and the eventual collapse of the Resurrection Party of the Iranian nation to explain. Approaches of this study show that, the inability of the Resurrection Party of the Iranian nation to organize and attract broad political participation, in the first place, was based refusal and disregard for the people of the country; Coupled with the lack of a coordinated and dynamic relationship with the government, it's actually a hub for the community without passion and without social status notable politicians, had lowered, prevent the consolidation and strengthen its position in the country, it was the ultimate destruction. Approaches of this study show that, the inability of the Resurrection Party of the Iranian nation to organize and attract broad political participation, in the first place, was based refusal and disregard for the people of the country;
