الگوي امام جماعت در جمهوري اسلامي ايران: مطالعه موردي امام جماعتي آيت‌الله مهدوي كني (ره) در مسجد جليلي

Imam Jamaat's Model in the Islamic Republic of Iran: A Case Study of Ayatollah Mahdavi Khani (PBUH) Imam in Jalili Mosque

با توجه به نقش سازنده مساجد در تربيت نيروي انساني و جامعه‌پذيري سياسي، در اين نوشتار نويسندگان به موضوع كاركرد راهبري امام جماعت پرداخته‌اند؛ دراين‌خصوص، محققان تلاش‌كرده‌اند كه با رجوع به عملكرد آيت‌الله مهدوي ­كني در مسجد جليلي به الگويي عملياتي براي پيشنهاد به ساير ائمه جماعت دست‌بيابند؛ دليل اين امر، آن است كه آيت‌الله مهدوي ­كني توانستند، ابعاد فردي، اجتماعي و سياسي- اجتماعي امام جماعت را متناسب با شرايط و مقتضيات زماني جمع‌كرده، از اين طريق، تأثيري مثبت بر افراد و جامعه برجاي‌گذارند كه تاامروز، ظهور و نموددارد. پرسش اصلي تحقيق حاضر عبارت‌است از اينكه «الگوي امام جماعتي در جمهوري اسلامي ايران، مستند به سيره­ آيت­الله مهدوي كني كدام است؟»؛ براي پاسخ‌دادن به اين پرسش­، محققان با استفاده از روش تحليل محتوا و مصاحبه با ياران آيت‌الله مهدوي‌ كني در مسجد جليلي، وجوه معنوي، فردي و سياسي- اجتماعي عملكرد ايشان را در اين مسجد، شناسايي و تحليل‌كرده و درنهايت، الگوي جامع استنباطي‌شان را ارائه‌كرده‌اند؛ نتايج تحقيق نشان‌مي‌دهند كه آيت­الله مهدوي كني به‌عنوان امام جماعت، در سه ساحت سياسي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي برنامه‌داشته­اند و با تدابيري كه به‌كاربستند، مسجد جليلي را در ساحت سياسي، به‌عنوان كانون مبارزه ضد رژيم و در ساحت اجتماعي، به‌عنوان نهاد مؤثر در رفع نياز­ها و كمك­ به محرومان و در ساحت فرهنگي، به‌عنوان كانون تعليم و تربيت مطرح‌كردند. لازم است، يادآوري‌شود كه همه اين ابعاد برپايه اصل مسجد به‌عنوان كانون عبادي استوار بوده و تربيت عبادي و ايماني به‌عنوان رسالت اصلي مسجد مفروض انگاشته‌شده‌است.

Considering the constructive role of mosques in the human resources training and political socialization, in this article, the authors have addressed the issue of governing function of "congregational Imam" (in Persian: Imam Jamaat). In this regard, the researchers' efforts were to find a practical model for offering other congregational imams by referring to the performance of Ayatollah Mahdavi Kani in the Jalili mosque. The reason for this is that Ayatollah Mahdawi Kani has been able to integrate the personal, social and political dimensions of the Imam Jamaat in a manner consistent with the circumstances and timely requirements, and in this way he has a positive effect on the individuals and society that has been emerged to this day. For this purpose, by analyzing content and interviewing with the followers of Ayatollah Mahdavi Kani in Jalili Mosque, the spiritual, individual, and political-social aspects of his performance in the Jalili Mosque have been identified and analyzed and finally a comprehensive model is inferred and presented.
