پيش بيني رضايت جنسي بر اساس تمايزيافتگي و ابرازگري هيجاني در زنان متاهل

The Prediction of Sexual Satisfaction Based on Differentiation and Emotional Expressions in Married Women

مقدمه: رضايت جنسي، يكي از مهم ترين عواملي است كه بر روابط زناشويي زوجين تاثيرمي گذارد. اين پژوهش با هدف پيش بيني رضايت جنسي بر اساس تمايزيافتگي و ابرازگري هيجاني در زنان متاهل انجام شد.روش كار: روش پژوهش حاضر توصيفي همبستگي بود. جامعه شامل، كليه زنان متاهل مراجعه كننده به خانه هاي سلامت منطقه سه شهر تهران در سال 1396 بود. حجم نمونه براساس فرمول هويت و كرامر، 210 نفر برآورد، با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي چند مرحله اي انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش علاوه بر برگه اطلاعات جمعيت شناختي شامل، سه پرسشنامه رضايت جنسي هادسون (1981)، ابرازگري هيجاني كينگ و امونز (1990) و تمايزيافتگي خود اسكورن و فريدلندر (1998) بود. داده ها از طريق آزمون آماري رگرسيون چند گانه با استفاده از نرم افزار 21 spss مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت.يافته ها: يافته ها نشان داد، رضايت جنسي بر اساس تمايزيافتگي و ابرازگري هيجاني در زنان متاهل قابل پيش بيني است. از بين مولفه هاي تمايزيافتگي، موقعيت من با رضايت جنسي همبستگي مثبت و معنادار دارد (p<0.05). اما آميختگي با ديگران و گسلش عاطفي با رضايت جنسي همبستگي منفي و معنادار دارند (p<0.01). مولفه واكنش هيجاني با رضايت جنسي همبستگي معنادار ندارد. از بين ابعاد ابرازگري هيجاني، ابراز هيجان مثبت (p<0.05) و صميمت (p<0.01) با رضايت جنسي همبستگي مثبت و معنادار دارد. حال آن كه، مولفه ابراز هيجان منفي با رضايت جنسي همبستگي منفي و معنادار دارند (p<0.05).نتيجه گيري: نتايج اين پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه رضايت جنسي مقوله اي است چندبعدي و وابسته به عواملي چون تمايزيافتگي و ابرازگري هيجاني مي باشد. پيشنهاد مي گردد، مشاوران و متخصصان در حوزه رفتاري از طريق برنامه هاي آموزشي و برگزاري كارگاه هايي در زمينه افزايش تمايزيافتگي و تقويت مهارت هاي هيجاني به افزايش رضايت جنسي كمك نمايند.

Sexual satisfaction is one of the most important factors affecting couples' marital relationships. The aim of the study was prediction of sexual satisfaction based on differentiation and emotional expressions in married women. Methods The research method was of descriptive correlation kind. The statistical society including all married women referred to the health centers in district 3 of Tehran (2017). 210 people were estimated by Krummer and entity formula and they were chosen through multi-stage random sampling. Research tools in addition to the demographic information sheet including Hudson sexual satisfaction (1981), King and Emmons emotional expression (1990) and Scorn and Friedlander differentiation of self (1998). Data were analyzed by statistical analysis of multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21 software. Results Findings showed differentiation and emotional expression predict sexual satisfaction. Among differentiation components, there is a meaningful and positive association between my positions with sexual satisfaction (P < 0.05). But there’s a meaningful and negative association between mixing and communicating with others and reactive distancing with sexual satisfaction (P < 0.01). Emotional reaction component has not meaningful association with sexual satisfaction. Among the dimensions of emotional expression, positive emotion expression (P < 0.05) and intimacy (P < 0.01) are positively and meaningfully correlated with sexual satisfaction. While negative emotion expressions have a negative and meaningful association with sexual satisfaction (P < 0.05). Conclusions The results of this study support the concept that Sexual satisfaction is a multidimensional category, which depends on factors, such as Differentiation and Emotional expressions. It is recommended that counselors and practitioners in the field of behavioral assistance help to increase sexual satisfaction through training programs and workshops to enhance differentiation and enhance emotional skills.
