Arba'een Pilgrimage as a Social Movement

پياده‌روي اربعين حسيني از وجوه ممتاز هجرت در فرهنگ سياسي شيعي است كه به عنوان بزرگ‌ترين اجتماع انساني جهاني برگزار مي‌شود. اين اجتماع با شكوه مذهبي علاوه بر دارا بودن وجوه ممتاز مذهبي، واجد پيام‌هاي عميق سياسي و اجتماعي است. يكي از راه‌هاي بررسي وجوه سياسي اجتماعي اين رويداد، مطالعه‌‌ آن در بستر جامعه‌شناسي سياسي و حوزه جنبش‌هاي اجتماعي است. در پاسخ به سؤال اصلي مقاله، صحت اين فرضيه كه مي‌توان پياده‌روي اربعين حسيني را به مثابه يك جنبش عظيم اجتماعي با تمامي مؤلفه‌هاي آن در نظر گرفت مورد تأييد قرار گرفته است. در اين راستا اين پژوهش با بهره‌گيري از نظريه‌‌ جنبش‌هاي اجتماعي چارلز تيلي و با استفاده از روش كيفي تحليلي توصيفي و با استفاده از ابزار فيش‌برداري براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها انجام شده است. يافته‌هاي مقاله نشان مي‌دهد كه پياده‌روي اربعين حسيني در چارچوب نظريه چارلز تيلي، جنبش‌ عظيم اجتماعي است كه مؤلفه‌هاي استمرار ستادها، بهره‌گيري از طيفي از تظاهرات عمومي و همچنين ابراز عمومي با چهار مشخصه‌‌ ارزشمندي، وحدت، تعداد و تعهد در آن به نحو بارزي تجلي يافته است‌.

Arba'een Hosseini Pilgrimage is one of the privileged faces of emigration in Shi'a's political culture, which is held as the largest human community in the world. This magnificent religious community, in addition to its privileged religious resources, has deep political and social messages. One way to examine the social- political aspects of this event is to study it in the context of political sociology and the field of social movements. In response to the main question of the paper, the validity of the hypothesis that Arba'een Hosseini Pilgrimage can be considered as a massive social movement with all its components is confirmed. In this regard, this research has been carried out using the Charles Tilly Social Movement Theory and descriptive analytical qualitative method, using a snippet tool to collect data. The findings of the paper show that Arba'een Hosseini Pilgrimage in the framework of Charles Tilly's theory is a massive social movement that have manifested the continuity of headquarters, the use of a range of general demonstrations, as well as public expression with four worthiness, unity, number, and commitment attributes in it.
