ابزارها و روش‌هاي آموزش مبتني بر اينترنت در آموزش علوم پزشكي

Internet-Based Educational Instrument and Methods in Medical Sciences Education

مقدمه: اساتيد پزشكي اغلب در حال جستجوي ابزارهاي جديد هستند كه با استفاده از آن تدريس كنند ودر سال هاي اخير اين ابزارها در تكنولوژي مبتني بر اينترنت يافت مي‌شود. هدف از انجام اين مطالعه بررسي ابزارها، مواد و روش‌هاي آموزشي مبتني بر اينترنت در آموزش علوم پزشكي است. روش‌ها: در اين مطالعه مروري پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتي فارسي شامل sid، Iranmedex، Irandoc و Magiran با كمك كليد واژه‌هايي شامل شبكه اجتماعي، تدريس، آموزش و اينترنت همچنين پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتي لاتين شامل PubMed، Eric با كليد واژه‌هاي social network،teaching، education، internet مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. نتايج: در جستجوي مقدماتي 800 مقاله به دست آمد كه پس از حذف مقالات تكراري 490 مقاله باقي ماند. در اين ميان پس از مطالعه عنوان و چكيده و در نظر گرفتن معيارهاي ورود و خروج 33 مقاله وارد مرور شد. يافته‌ها در سه دسته قرار داده شد. در دسته ابزارها، مي‌توان به سيستم‌هاي مديريت يادگيري، شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي و ابزارهاي موبايل، در دسته مواد، به پادكست‌ها (Podcasts) و وادكست‌ها (Vodcasts) و در دسته روش‌هاي آموزش مي‌توان به يادگيري بر اساس موبايل (Mobile learning)، بلاگ گزارش صبحگاهي (Morning report blog) و بلاگ معاينات باليني اشاره كرد. نتيجه‌گيري: روش‌هاي متنوع آموزش مبتني بر اينترنت مانند يادگيري از طريق موبايل، پادكستينگ وجود دارد كه قابليت‌هاي استفاده بالايي در آموزش پزشكي دارند. توصيه مي‌شود كه در كارگاه‌هاي آموزشي توانمندسازي اساتيد با اين روش‌ها آشنا شوند تا به سوي استفاده كارآمد از اين روش‌ها گام بردارند.

Introduction: Medical faculty members are often looking for new instruments in their teaching. Such instruments can be found in internet-based technologies. This study aimed to investigate tools, materials, and educational methods based on internet in medical education. Methods: : In this review, Sid, Iranmedex, Irondoc, Magiran, Pubmed and Ericdatabsese were searched using key words such as internet, social network, teaching and education Results: In the preliminary search, 800 articles were retrieved. After removing duplicates, 490 articles were remained. Based on title, abstract, inclusion and exclusion criteria, 33 articles entered the systematic review. Results were categorized into 3 groups. In the instrument category, learning management system, social networks and mobile devices can be named. Concerning materials category, podcast and vodcast and in educational methods category, mobile learning, morning report blog and physical examination blog were identified. Conclusion: Different educational methods based on internet such as mobile learning and podcasting have a high potential in medical education. We suggest introducing such tools to faculty members in worshops which are held by EDCs in order to apply them in their teaching.
