سياست‌هاي حزبي تأثير مستقيمي بر حيات احزاب سياسي دارند. كشورها با سياستگذاري درباره احزاب سياسي مي‌توانند آنها را ممنوع كرده و يا مجاز نمايند. همچنين اين سياست‌ها مي‌توانند كارآمدي احزاب سياسي را تحت تأثير قرار دهند. اين درحالي است كه در ايران غالباً علل ناكارآمدي احزاب سياسي در عوامل فرهنگي، اجتماعي و تاريخي جستجو مي‌شود وعمدتاً از تأثير سياست‌هاي حزبي دولتي بر اين ناكارآمدي غفلت مي‌شود. از اين رو، اين مقاله با طرح اين سوال كه سياست‌هاي حزبي ايران چه تأثيري بر حيات احزاب سياسي دارند؟ در صدد بررسي و تحليل رويكرد غالب در سياست‌هاي حزبي ايران است. به‌زعم اين مقاله، رويكردي كه در سياست‌هاي حزبي ج.ا.ا به منظور تنظيم امور احزاب سياسي اتخاذ شده است مانع شكل‌گيري و فعاليت احزاب واقعي و كارآمد مي‌شود.

Party politics of states directly affects the lives of political parties. Countries can ban or allow them by legislating on them. These politics can also affect the effectiveness of political parties. However, in Iran, scholars and scientists of the political parties have often searched the causes of the ineffectiveness of political parties in cultural, social, and historical factors, and largely neglected the impact of state party politics on this ineffectiveness. Hence, this paper deals with this question: How the party politics of Islamic Republic of Iran affect the lives of political parties? This article seeks to analyze the dominant approach that exists in Iran's party politics. According to this article, the approach adopted in party politics of Islamic Republic of Iran to regulate the affairs of political parties, is an approach that not only not strengthens and not encourages them, but also always strives to limit and control them, and this hinders the formation and operation of real and effective parties.
