ارزيابي برنامه درسي كارشناسي ارشد رشته كتابداري و اطلاع‌رساني پزشكي از ديدگاه دانش‌آموختگان رشته در راستاي آموزش پاسخ‌گو

Evaluating the Curriculum of Medical Library and Information Sciences MSc Program from the Perspective of Graduates: Towards Accountable Education

مقدمه: امروزه به طور ويژه­اي به آموزش پاسخ‌گو كه هدف آن شناسايي و ارزيابي نيازهاي آموزشي، بازنگري و تدوين برنامه‌هاي آموزشي در راستاي پاسخ‌گويي به نيازهاي جامعه است، پرداخته شده است، لذا اين پژوهش با هدف ارزيابي برنامه آموزشي كارشناسي ارشد كتابداري و اطلاع‌رساني پزشكي از ديدگاه دانش­آموختگان رشته بر مبناي آموزش پاسخ‌گو انجام شد. روش‌ها: در اين پژوهش پيمايشي توصيفي كليه دانش­آموختگان كارشناسي ارشد رشته كتابداري و اطلاع‌رساني پزشكي كه در طي سال‌هاي 1393 تا9513 دانش­آموختگان شده ‌بودند، به روش سرشماري وارد مطالعه شدند. اطلاعات دانش­آموختگان از بانك اطلاعات دانش آموختگان وزارت متبوع بر اساس نام و نام خانوادگي و شماره تماس شامل 47 نفر استخراج گرديد. اطلاعات با استفاده از يك پرسشنامه (الكترونيك) محقق‌ساخته پس از تاييد روايي و پايايي جمع‌آوري شد. در نهايت داده­هاي جمع‌آوري شده با استفاده از شاخص‌هاي آماري توصيفي و آزمون‌ تي تجزيه و تحليل شد. نتايج: از نظر دانش­آموختگان اين رشته، ميزان انطباق برنامه درسي رشته كتابداري و اطلاع‌رساني پزشكي با نيازهاي علمي، فردي، اجتماعي، شغلي و نيازهاي اطلاعاتي جامعه پزشكي به طور معناداري كم‌تر از حد متوسط (مقدار50) گزارش شد (05/0>P). بيش‌ترين ميانگين (76/23)66/39 و كم‌ترين ميانگين (63/22)99/35 به ترتيب مربوط به نياز اجتماعي و نياز علمي به دست آمد. نتيجه‌گيري: بر اساس نتايج اين پژوهش بنظر مي رسد برنامه درسي تدوين شده به طور كامل پاسخ‌گوي نيازهاي دانش‌آموختگان نيست و لازم است در محتوا و سرفصل دروس ارائه شده تجديد نظر صورت گيرد.

Introduction: Today, accountable education has received special attention while aiming at identifying and evaluating educational needs, and revising and developing educational programs in order to meet the needs of society. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to evaluate the curriculum of medical library and information sciences MSc program from the perspective of graduates according to accountable education. Methods: In this descriptive survey, all of the MSc graduates of medical library and information sciences who had been graduated from 2014-16 were selected through census method. The information data of 47 graduates were collected from the graduate database of the Ministry of health and medical education based on their names and contact numbers. Data were collected using a researcher-made (electronic) questionnaire that its validity and reliability were checked. Data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics and t-tests. Results: From the graduates’ viewpoints, the adaptation of the curriculum of medical library and information sciences MSc program to the scientific, personal, social, occupational and informational needs of the medical community was significantly lower than the average (50%) (p<0.05). The highest (23.76) and the lowest (22.63) mean scores were related to social (39.66) and scientific (35.99) needs respectively. Conclusion: Results suggest that the existing curriculum does not fully meet the needs of graduates and that it is necessary to revise the contents and syllabuses of the courses.
