آگاهي، نگرش و عملكرد دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي و خدمات بهداشتي درماني شهيد صدوقي يزد در زمينه بازيافت مواد زائد جامد: گزارش كوتاه

Knowledge, Attitude and Performance Students of Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences-Yazd about Recycling Solid Material: A Short Report

زمينه و هدف: بازيافت به دليل كاهش هزينه‌هاي تهيه مواد اوليه، صرفه‌جويي در مصرف انرژي، كاهش دفع و با توجه به كمبود و تهي شدن منابع و افزايش آلودگي‌هاي مختلف زيست محيطي، به عنوان يك الگوي اقتصادي مطرح گرديده است. اين مطالعه با هدف تعيين ميزان آگاهي، نگرش و عملكرد دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي يزد در زمينه جداسازي و بازيافت مواد زائد جامد صورت گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: در اين مطالعه توصيفي- مقطعي، بود كه در بين 252 نفر از دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي يزد در سال 1390 به روش طبقه‌بندي مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه‌ 27 سؤالي محقق ساخته داراي روايي و پايايي معتبر در چهار بخش: دموگرافيك (3 سؤال)، آگاهي (10 سؤال)، نگرش (7 سؤال) و عملكرد (6 سؤال) و يك سؤال در مورد منبع كسب اطلاع دانشجويان بود از آزمون‌هاي ANOVA يك‌طرفه، ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و t براي تجزيه وتحليل اطلاعات استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: ميانگين نمره آگاهي برابر با 54/2±36/11 بود (محدوده نمره 20-0)، نگرش 98/2±9/25 (محدوده نمره 35-7)، عملكرد برابر با 12/3±17/6 (محدوده نمره 8-0) بود. بين نمره نگرش و آگاهي (001/0 p< ، 298/0 = r )، همبستگي مثبت وجود داشت. نتيجه‌گيري: با توجه به سطح آگاهي و نگرش خوب موجود در بين دانشجويان و از طرفي اهميت دانشجويان به عنوان يك قشر تأثيرگذار بر خانواده و جامعه، لذا به نظر مي‌رسد با تأكيد بيشتر بر اهميت آموزش اين چنين مسائلي به دانشجويان بتوان عملكرد آن‌ها و به طوركلي جامعه را در اين مقوله افزايش داد.

Background and Objectives: Recycling and reuse of solid waste , due to lower raw materials costs , saving energy reduction of disposal lack and depleting of resources and increasing the pollution of environment has been raised as an economic model for a long time . Therefore, the aim of this study was the survey of knowledge, attitude and performance of students of Shahid Sadoughi University of medical sciences-Yazd about recycling solid material. Materials and Methods: This cross sectional study was performed on the 252 students from Shahid Sadoughi University of medical sciences-Yazd by classification method in 2012. Data collection tool was a questionnaire with 27 valid and reliable questions in four sections: Demographic (3 questions), knowledge (10 questions), attitudes (7 questions) and performance (6 questions) and a question about the students' source of information t was completed by students by self-report. Statistical analysis was carried out by analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson correlation and t-test . Results: The mean of knowledge score 11.36±2.54 (score range 0-20), 11.6±2.37 in girls, 10.79±2.85 boys were reported respectively. The mean of attitude score 25.9± 2.98 (scores range 7-35), in the girls 26.17± 2.66 and the boys 25.25±3.55, respectively the mean of performance scores 6.17±3.12 (score range 0-8) respectively in the girls 3.29±1.35 and the boys 2.73±1.45 were reported. Also between the knowledge and attitude ( r= 0.298, p<0.001) there were direct and positive correlation. Forty to nine point six percent indicated were TVand radio as their sorce of information. Conclusions: Considering the high level of Knowledge and attitude among the students and the important of students as an effective part of socity, education about recycling solid materials seems necessary.
