ارزيابي برنامه اصلاحات آموزش پزشكي مقطع علوم پايه از ديدگاه اساتيد و دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي همدان

Evaluation of the Reform Program at the Basic Medical Sciences Level from Professors and Medical Students’ viewpoints in Hamadan University of Medical Sciences

مقدمه:با توجه به شروع برنامه اصلاحات در آموزش پزشكي، شامل ادغام دانش علوم­پايه و بالين در دانشگاه علوم پزشكي همدان از سال 1390 و عدم بررسي نظر ذي­ نفعان آن، لذا تحقيق حاضر با هدف بررسي ديدگاه اساتيد و دانشجويان از اين برنامه صورت گرفت. روش ها: اين پژوهش به صورت توصيفي - مقطعي در سال 95 از اساتيد برنامه اصلاحات و اولين دوره دانشجويان كه برنامه اصلاحات براي آن­ها اجرا شد به روش سرشماري انجام گرفت. ابزار جمع­ آوري اطلاعات فرم نظر سنجي محقق ساخته كه روايي و پايايي تاييد و حاوي سوالاتي در حوزه ­هاي اهداف، ادغام افقي و عمودي، كيفيت مراكز آموزش و كليات برنامه بود. داده ­ها با استفاده از آماره ­هاي توصيفي و آزمون ­هاي Chi-square، Kruskal Wallis و One-Way ANOVA از طريق نرم­ افزار آماري SPSS انجام شد. يافته ها:در مجموع 118 نفر دانشجو و12 نفر استاد در مطالعه شركت كردند. 47/05 درصد از دانشجويان معتقد بودند كه در ابتدا اهداف برنامه ذكر نشده است. از فاكتورهاي تاثيرگذار بر ايجاد رضايت در دانشجويان مي­توان به ­ترتيب به كيفيت مراكز آموزش و نحوه عملكرد بخش ­ها (جراحي، اطفال و داخلي) اشاره نمود (0/001>p)8/81 درصد از اساتيد اعتقاد داشتند كه برنامه ادغام افقي به شرط اجراي مناسب، مي­ تواند نيازهاي آينده پزشك عمومي را برطرف كند (0/003=p) و نحوه اجراء در ادغام بر نگرش كلي آن­ها به برنامه نيز از نظر آماري اثرگذار بود (0/001=p). همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه به ترتيب 69/35 و 19/79 درصد از دانشجويان معتقد بودند كه طرح ادغام افقي از محتواي مناسب برخوردار و گنجاندن برنامه ادغام عمودي در علوم پايه ضروري و 50 درصد اساتيد نيز موافق اجراي برنامه ادغام به صورت فعلي بودند. نتيجه گيري:براساس نتايج موجود بيش از نيمي از دانشجويان و اساتيد شركت­ كننده در اين مطالعه از برنامه اصلاحات رضايت داشتند.

Reform program in Medical education including integration of basic and clinical sciences without attention to professors and students’ views has been done in Hamadan university of medical sciences from 2011, so this study was conducted to examine the viewpoints of the professors and students toward this program. Methods: This cross-sectional study has been done on students and professors involve in reform program through census method. For collecting data a researcher- made questionnaire that its’ validity and reliability confirmed was used and included questions regarding the objectives, horizontal and vertical integration and quality of education centers. Data were analyzed using Descriptive Statistics, Chi-square, Kruskal Wallis tests and One-Way ANOVA through SPSS software. Results: Totally 118 students and 12 professors participated in the study. 47.05% of the students reported that the program's goals were not initially elaborated. Effective factors in Students’ satisfaction were respectively the quality of education centers and functioning of the departments including surgery, pediatrician and internal (P<0.001). Furthermore, 81.8% of professors believed that the horizontal integration program, in case of proper implementation, could meet the future needs of the general practitioners. The way of implementing was found to be effective on their overall attitude toward the program (P=0.003 and P=0.01, respectively). Also respectively 69.35% and 19.79% of the students believed that the horizontal integration plan had appropriate content and planning vertical integration program in basic sciences was necessary and 50% of the professors expressed their satisfaction with the current integration program. Conclusion: based on results, more than half of the students and professors who participated in this study were satisfied with the reform plan.
