مطالعه فونستيكي گونه‌هاي مختلف خانواده آگاميده از زير راسته سوسمارها در استان اذربايجان شرقي- ايران

The Faunistic study of Lizards’ suborder in East Azerbaijan, Iran: The Agamidae family species

هدف اين تحقيق، بررسي سيستماتيك گونه‌هاي خانواده آگاميده در استان آذربايجان شرقي است. براي اين منظور چندين مكان تله‌گذاري به‌طور تصادفي در وضعيتهاي متنوع زيستگاهي در سطح منطقه انتخاب شد. تعداد 100 نمونه از خانواده آگاميده كه شامل پنج گونه Trapelus agilis، Trapelus persicus، Phrynocephalus scutellatus، Phrynocephalus persicus و Laudakia nupta از سه جنس مختلف در زيستگاه‌هاي مختلف منطقه جمع‌آوري گرديد. بعد از گرفتن نمونه‌ها، مشخصات قابل تغيير، مكان نمونه گيري، تاريخ، رنگ چشم‌ها و مختصات بعضي از نقاط كليدي ثبت گرديد نمونه‌ها بر حسب اندازه و نوع با روش متداول و مناسب كشته و براي شناسائي به آزمايشگاه منتقل گرديد. در آزمايشگاه، نمونه‌ها را با مواد فيكساتيو نظير فرمالدئيد فيكس كرده و بر اساس كليدهاي شناسائي معتبر مورد مطالعه قرار داده شد.

The aim of this research was to study the Agamidae family species in East Azerbaijan, Iran. From among the many different habitat regions, several areas were randomly selected for trapping. To meet the goal, 100 samples of the Agamidae family lizards including five species (Trapelus agilis, Trapelus persicus, Phrynocephalus scutellatus Phrynocephalus persicus, Laudakia nupta) out of three different genera were collected. After take the specimens, Specification subject to change Such as:, sampling location, date, eyes color and etc, was recorded. Samples, based on the size and type and conventional methods were killed, and were transported to the laboratory for identification. After transporting these specimens to the laboratory, they were fixed in 10% formalin and, then they were identified by the valid identification keys.
