ارزيابي فرهنگ كلاسي از ديدگاه دانشجويان علوم پزشكي كاشان

The Evaluation of Class Culture from the Viewpoint of Student’s at Kashan University of Medical Sciences

مقدمه: فرهنگ كلاسي با توجه به باورها و ارزش ­هاي ضمني و صريح خود مي­تواند از يك سو مروج فضايي آزاد، برانگيزاننده و دلگرم­ كننده براي ايجاد يادگيري در فراگيران باشد و از سوي ديگر هم ممكن است محيطي سرد، منفي و غيرمنعطفي را به ­وجود آورد. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي فرهنگ كلاسي از ديدگاه دانشجويان علوم پزشكي كاشان بود. روش ها: در اين مطالعه توصيفي- پيمايشي جامعه آماري شامل كليه دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي كاشان در سال تحصيلي96-1395 به تعداد 2148 بود كه به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي، 200 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه‌ استاندارد فرهنگ كلاسي در قالب 8 سئوال بسته پاسخ در طيف پنج درجه ­اي ليكرت بود. روايي سازه پرسشنامه به روش تحليل عاملي تأييدي و پايايي آن از طريق ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 0/88 تاييد گرديد. تحليل داده‌ها در سطح آمار توصيفي (فراواني، درصد، ميانگين و انحراف معيار) و استنباطي (آزمون­ هاي t تك نمونه­ اي، t مستقل، تحليل واريانس يك راهه و مدل معادلات ساختاري) با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماري SPSS انجام شد. يافته ها: نتايج نشان داد كه نمره بدست آمده فرهنگ كلاسي به ميزان (2/64±34/53) بالاتر از نمره 30 است و اكثريت دانشجويان، فرهنگ كلاسي موجود در دانشگاه را باز مي‌دانستند. دانشجويان پسر با نمره (97/2±17/35) فرهنگ كلاسي را نسبت به دانشجويان دختر با نمره (2/1±33/91) بازتر گزارش و اين تفاوت از نظر آماري معني­ دار بود (0/05< P). اما بين ديدگاه دانشجويان در مورد وضعيت فرهنگ كلاسي برحسب دانشكده محل تحصيل و مقطع تحصيلي، تفاوت معني­ داري مشاهده نشد (0/05< P). نتيجه گيري: طبق نتايج، فرهنگ كلاسي موجود در دانشگاه علوم پزشكي كاشان از نوع باز بود. اين امر به ­ويژه در دانشگاه ­هاي علوم پزشكي كه فارغ ­التحصيلان آن در سطوح و مقاطع مختلف بايد با همنوعان خود ارتباطي انساني، مثبت و متعادل برقرار نمايند، ضرورتي دو چندان دارد تا از اين طريق، اطمينان بيشتري براي اجراي كيفي وظايف و مسئوليت­ هاي مورد نظر آن­ها فراهم شود.

Introduction: Class culture, based on its implicit and explicit beliefs and values, can, on the one hand, promote free, motivational and confidential environment for learning in learners, and on the other hand, it may create a cold, negative, and irrational environment. Thus the purpose of this research was to evaluate class culture from the viewpoint of students in Kashan University of Medical sciences. Method: This is a descriptive survey research. The statistical population consisted of 2148 students in Kashan University of Medical Sciences in academic years 2016-17 that 200 ones through stratified randomized sampling chosen as sample. Data gathering tool was class culture standard questionnaire with 8 items response close in term of Likert five scale. Questionnaire construction validity confirmed through factor analysis. Questionnaire reliability was estimated by Cronbach Alpha coefficient equal to 0.88. Data analyzed by descriptive (frequency, percentage, mean & standard deviation) and inferential level (one sample t-test, independent t-test, one way Anova & structural equation modeling) through SPSS . Result: Findings showed class culture score (34.53±2.64) was upper than 30 score and the majority of students considered the class culture in university as open. Male students with score of 35.17±2.97 reported more open class culture than female students with a score of 33.91±2.1, and this difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). But there was no significant difference between students' viewpoints on the status of classroom culture in terms of college and degree of academic (p<0.05). Conclusion: based on results, the class culture in Kashan University of Medical Sciences is open. This is especially important in medical science universities whose graduates at different levels and courses should have a positive balanced humanistic relationship with their peers, in order to be more confident in the quality of the duties and responsibilities involved.
