چكيده فارسي :
بروندادهاي علمي هر كشور از دو منظر كميت و كيفيت قابل بررسي است كه هر
يك در جاي خود با اهميت است. يكي از مهمترين بروندادهاي هر كشور مقاله هاي
منتشر شده در موضوعهاي مختلف علمي است كه در مجله هاي علمي معتبر
بين المللي منتشر ميشود و از منظر كمي، نشاندهنده ميزان فعاليتهاي علمي
هر كشور و از نظر كيفي بيانگر قوت علمي و پيشرو بودن است. براي سهولت
دسته بندي رشته هاي علمي كه به بيش از 3هزار بالغ ميشود، اين رشته ها با توجه
به مشابهتهاي موضوعي در حوزههاي كلان قرار داده ميشوند تا مقايسه بين
حوزهها، دانشگاهها، كشورها و افراد امكانپذير شود. اين تقسيمبندي در اكثر
كشورهاي جهان مشابهتهاي زيادي با يكديگر دارد. براي مثال در جمهوري
اسلامي ايران، رشتههاي مختلف علمي در هفت حوزه كلان علمي قرار ميگيرد
كه عبارتند از: علوم انساني، علوم ارزشي و معرفتي، علوم پايه، علوم پزشكي،
علوم مهندسي، علوم كشاورزي و علوم بين رشتهاي. در اين ميان علوم ارزشي
و معرفتي را حوزههاي علميه، علوم پزشكي را وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش
پزشكي، و پنج حوزه كلان ديگر را وزارت علوم، تحقيقات و فناوري نمايندگي
ميكند. وظيفه سياستگذاري و برنامه ريزي براي هر حوزه نيز به ترتيب با
حوزه هاي علميه، وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشكي، وزارت علوم،
تحقيقات و فناوري است.
