چكيده فارسي :
تحول بازآفريني شهري، داستان تعامل و گاه تضاد اولويت هاي اقتصادي و فرهنگي بوده و اين موضوع دربسترتغيير پارادايم ها و الگوهاي حاكم برنظام هاي سياسي-اقتصادي و تحولات اجتماعي رخ داده است. نقش فرهنگ دربازآفريني شهري نسبت به ديگر عوامل تغيير معناداري داشته است؛ چنانچه در دهه هاي اخير تاكيدات فرهنگي اصلي ترين رويكرد در بازآفريني شهري شده است. دراين ميان نظريه شهرخلاق كه در چارچوب تحولات اجتماعي-اقتصادي عصر حاضر جهاني شدن را در محتواي اصلي خود داراست، از سويي توجه ويژه به سرمايه هاي انساني و اجتماعي دارد و از سوي ديگردر قالب پرداختن به ويژگي هاي مكاني، سعي درايجاد رقابت اقتصادي، انسجام اجتماعي و تنوع فرهنگي دردستيابي به تصويري يكتا از شهر را دنبال مي كند. لذا پرداختن به ظرفيت هاي اين نظريه در عرصه بازآفريني مي تواند چشم اندازهاي جديدي را پيش روي سياست گزاران اين عرصه در كشورمان قرار دهد. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال تدقيق ادبيات شهر خلاق و تبيين جايگاه آن دربازآفريني فرهنگ مبناست بدين منظور با روش تحقيق توصيفي-تحليلي تئوري شهر خلاق و راهبرد هاي برآمده از آن را مورد بررسي قرار داده است. يافته هاي پژوهش بيانگرآن است كه توجه به دو عامل اصليِ فرهنگ و اقتصاد(رقابت) در بستر ويژگي هاي مكاني، نظريه شهر خلاق را در راستاي بازآفريني شهري قرار داده است. اين تحقيق سازوكار چنين ارتباطي را در قالب يك مدل مفهومي ارائه نموده است؛اين مدل مفهومي مي تواند راهبردهايي در عملياتي نمودن نظريه شهر خلاق به عنوان رويكرد مداخله در بافت هاي هدف برنامه هاي بهسازي و نوسازي شهري ارائه دهد.

The evolution of urban regeneration was the story of interaction and sometimes conflict of economical and cultural priorities and this subject has happened to change the paradigms, theories and pattern which are dominanted on political-economical systems and social transitions. During the last decades, the role of culture in urban regeneration in related to other factors has been changed scientifically. In recent decades, cultural emphasis has been the main approach to urban regeneration.Meanwhile, today in the context of social-economical changes, the theory of creative city which has globalization in its main content, on the one hand has special attention to human, social, and cultural capitals and on the other hand in dealing with spatial features try to create economic competitiveness, social cohesion and cultural diversity reaching to unique image of city. Therefore, addressing capacity of the creative city theory in urban regeneration field can has the new visions on the strategies and policies in this field in our country. This study explains creative city theory and describe its position in culture led urban regeneration ,for this purpose , the theory of creative city and its urban strategies with descriptive-analytical research method has been studied. The results show that the theory of city creative with emphasis on culture and economic(competiveness) in physical context , sets to culture led urban regeneration direction and such a communication mechanism is presented in the form of a conceptual model. This conceptual model can offer strategies in operating this theory as an intervention approach in obsolescent and historical contexts.
