آسيب شناسي به كارگيري تلفن همراه در دانشجويان نظامي از ديدگاه متخصصان حوزه رسانه و ارتباطات: يك مطالعه تحليل مضمون

Pathology of Mobile Phone use in Military University Students from the Views of Media and Communications professionals: A Thematic Analysis

زمينه و هدف: فن‌ آوري تلفن همراه در دانشگاه ­ها به شكلي روزافزون گسترش يافته است و اين در حالي است كه پژوهش هاي انساني اجتماعي معطوف به آن نادر است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، آسيب شناسي و ارايه مدل مفهومي به كارگيري تلفن همراه در دانشجويان نظامي در سال 1395 مي­باشد. روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر يك پژوهش كيفي از نوع تحليل محتوي مضموني مي­باشد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته به همراه بررسي اسناد و مدارك بود. مصاحبه به صورت نيمه­ ساختار يافته با 11 نفر از خبرگان حوزه رسانه و ارتباطات به صورت هدفمند صورت گرفت.جهت تحليل يافته­ هاي مصاحبه از تحليل مضمون يعني كدگذاري توصيفي، كدگذاري تفسيري و يكپارچه سازي از طريق مضامين فراگير استفاده گرديد. يافته‌ها: طبق يافته هاي بدست آمده از اين مطالعه، در مجموع سه كاركرد و سه كژكاركرد بعد علمي- آموزشي، فرهنگي- اجتماعي و ارتباطي و 35 شاخص به عنوان آسيب ­هاي مثبت و منفي تلفن همراه تعيين گرديد. همچنين در مجموع سه بعد درون فردي، محيطي و سازماني براي ارتقاي قابليت ­ها و مقابله با تهديدات تلفن همراه و 15 شاخص به عنوان راهكار براي ارتقاي قابليت­ها و مقابله با تهديدات تلفن همراه معرفي گرديد. نتيجه‌گيري: كاهش پيامد هاي منفي و ارتقاي كاربرد مثبت تلفن همراه در حوزه ارتباطي، آموزشي و فرهنگي اجتماعي در دانشجويان نظامي بايد مورد توجه قرار گيرد.همچنين اين مطالعه ميتواند به عنوان مطالعه اكتشافي جهت استفاده در دانشجويان نظامي مدنظر قرار گيرد.

Background and Aim: Cell phone technology in universities is growing exponentially, while related social research is rare. The purpose of this study was to identify the pathology and provide the conceptual model of cell phone use in military students during 2017. Methods: This study was a qualitative study using thematic content analysis. Semi-structured interviews and literatures were used to collect data. The semi-structured interview was conducted with 11 media and communications experts by a purposeful sampling method. To analyze the data, descriptive coding, interpretive coding and overarching themes were used. Results: Three functions and three malfunctions of scientific-educational, cultural-social and communication dimensions were identified, and 35 indicators were determined as positive points and negative damages of cell phones in military students. In addition, three intra-personal, environmental and organizational dimensions were developed to enhance the capabilities and address mobile threats, and 15 indicators were identified as strategies to improve the capabilities and address the threats of the cell phone. Conclusion: Reducing the negative consequences and promoting the positive use of mobile phones in the field of communication, educational and cultural-social in the military university students should be considered. Also, this study can be considered as an exploratory study for using in military students.
