مروري بر چالش‌هاي كودكان استثنايي مدارس فراگير

An overview of the challenges of inclusive schools Exceptional Children

آموزش فراگير به عنوان روش كارآمد در سال­هاي اخير بصورت فزاينده­اي مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. فراهم كردن امكانات آموزشي و پرورش يكسان براي تمام كودكان جامعه از اصول مسلم نظام آموزشي كشور ما است. نظام آموزشي پس از نهاد خانواده بيشترين اثرگذاري را بر رشد فرد دارد. دو رويكرد كلي بر اين اساس وجود دارد كه رويكردي كه به ارائه خدمات به تمامي افراد جامعه به گونه­اي مي­پردازد كه هيچ فردي از بستر عادي جامعه جدا نشود روش مناسب شناخته مي­شود. با روند رو به كاهش جمعيت كشور و نياز به نيروي كار در آينده مي­توان از كودكان با نياز ويژه و توانايي­هاي آن­ها در جامعه استفاده نمود براين اساس بايد توجه ويژه به آن­ها صورت گيرد. روش انجام مطالعه از نوع تحليلي مي­باشد. مروري جامع با كليدواژه­هاي كودكان استثنايي، مدارس تلفيقي، آموزش فراگير در پايگاه­هاي Google scholar ،Since direct ،Iran medex ،SID ،Mgiran با تاكيد بر پژوهش­هاي داخلي انجام شد. يافته­ها نشان از نگرش منفي معلمان در جذب و تحت پوشش قرار دادن كودكان با نياز ويژه دارد كه مانع اجراي طرح فراگيرسازي است. كلاس­هاي شلوغ، عدم فضاسازي مناسب، كمبود خدمات توانبخشي و نظارت ناكافي بر روابط منفي هم­سالان از موانع ديگر است. البته پژوهش­ها محدوديت­هايي من­جمله توجه به گروه آماري خاص و بررسي مراحل ابتدايي اجراي مطالعه داشته است، در مجموع نيازمند اجراي طرح در همه مراكز و سپس پيگيري چالش­هاي آن، ضروري است به معلمان عادي و رابطين آموزشي و پرورشي آموزش داده و مشكلات آن­ها حل شود نگرش آن­ها اصلاح شده و از همكاري والدين نيز استفاده نمود.

Pervasive Education as an efficient method has been drawing increasing attention in the recent years. To provide equal educational facilities for all children in the society is of the basic principles of the educational system in Iran.After family, educational system exerts the highest influence on an individual's development, based onwhich there are two general approaches where the one dealing with providing service for all individuals in such a manner that no one is isolated from the ordinary background of the society is considered the appropriate one .As the population of the country declines and the required work force in future needs to increases, the children with special needs and capabilities can be benefitted in society. Based on this, they have to be particularly focused. The method applied in this study is analytical. A comprehensive review has been done with all the words onexceptional children, coed schools, pervasive education in the databases - Iran medex, Since directGoogle scholar, SID- stressing domestic researches. The findings indicate thatthe negative attitude of the teachers toward attracting and covering the children with special needsimpedes the implementation ofmaking the pervasiveprojectto be realized. Crowded classrooms, lack of suitable space,lack of rehabilitation services andinadequately monitoring the peers' negative relationships is of other barriers. Of course, the studies suffer from some drawbacks like being done on a certain group and that most of them were done in the initial stages of the project. Generally speaking, we need to implement the project in all centers and then to follow up its challenges. It is imperative to train the average teachers and the liaison ones and solve their problems, help them to modify their attitude and invite their parents to cooperate.
