بررسي اهميت اقتصاد مقاومتي در رشد و توسعه فضاي شهر شيراز

The importance of resistive economic in growth and development of Shiraz urban spaces

شهر به‌عنوان يك واحد فضايي، داراي خصيصه‌ها، كاركردها و جنبه‌هاي مختلفي از زندگي جمعي هر گروه انساني در يك فضاي خاص است كه همين ويژگي‌ها به شهر روح زندگي و ماهيتي ديناميك و پويا داده است. دراين‌بين، اقتصاد مقاومتي در رشد و توسعۀ شهر از مفاهيم پيچيده و از مسائل بسيار مهم شهر است كه امروزه با پيچيدگي‌هاي خاصي در درون فضاي شهري خودنمايي مي‌كند و در بافت و مورفولوژي شهر، سازمان‌دهي سياسي فضاي درون‌شهري، مديريت سياسي فضاي شهر، كاركرد شهرها و ... تأثير شگرفي مي‌گذارد. اقتصاد مقاومتي توصيف‌كنندۀ وضعيتي است كه در آن توان مقابله با شوك‌هاي اقتصادي وارده (داخلي و خارجي) وجود دارد. اگرچه واژۀ اقتصاد مقاومتي عموماً موضوع بحث در اقتصاد كلان است؛ ولي مديريت شهري نيز به‌عنوان جزئي تأثيرپذير، از اين مبحث جدا نيست. اين بررسي براساس روش توصيفي، تحليلي و ازطريق گردآوري داده‌ها از منابع كتابخانه‌اي، درصدد برآمده است تا با مطالعۀ مفهوم اقتصاد مقاومتي از ديدگاه‌هاي گوناگون، ضمن ارائۀ چارچوب‌هاي مفهومي و نظري آن در حوزۀ مديريت شهري، چشم‌اندازي از فضاي غالب بر اقتصاد مقاومتي كلان‌شهرهاي ايران را با تأكيد بر كلان‌شهر شيراز، ارائه دهد.

The city as a spatial unit has the attributes, functions and various aspects of communal life of every group of humans in a special environment; and these characteristics have given the city a dynamic nature and spirit of life. In the meantime, resistive economy is a complex concept and a very important issue in growth and the development of the city which shows itself with certain complexitieswithin the urban space, and have significant impact on the texture and morphology of the city, the inner city political organization, political management of the city; function of the city and etc.Resistive economy describes the situation in which we are able to deal with economic(internal and external)shocks applied.Although the term “resistive economy” generally is discussed in macroeconomics, but urban management is not separate from this issue.The study is based on descriptive, analytical method and performed using data collection from library resources, andhas sought to present a view on dominant perspective of the resistive economy on Iran metropolitan cities with emphasis on shiraz metropolitan city; with studying the concept of resistive economy from various perspectives,while presenting a conceptual and theoretical framework in the field of urban management.
