در دهه‌هاي اخير، مديريت شهري در ايران به‌طور فزاينده‌اي با چالش‌هاي فراواني روبرو بوده است كه ناشي از عوامل گوناگون اجتماعي، فرهنگي، سياسي، اجرايي، مالي و حقوقي متعددي است. دراين‌بين با توجه به آنكه نيازهاي ‌مالي براي ارائه‌ي خدمت به شهروندان در حال تغيير است، شناسايي منابع درآمدِ متناسب با برنامه‌هاي خدمات‌رساني شهرداري‌ها، لزوم توجه به جنبه‌هاي مالي را به ضرورتي اجتناب‌ناپذير تبديل كرده است. پژوهش حاضر ضمن استخراج روش‌هاي درآمد پايدار در شهرداري‌ها و فراهم آوردن ساختار تحليلي مناسب، با توجه به ادبيات پژوهش و مصاحبه با مديران و كارشناسان شهرداري انجام گرفته است؛ همچنين كوشيده است به تعيين وزن معيارها بپردازد:‌ با استفاده از رويكرد رياضيِ «فرايند تحليل سلسله مراتبي»، روش تصميم‌گيري گروهي و اولويت‌بندي روش‌هاي معرفي‌شده.

In this study, we are trying to identify and prioritize them and put analyzed and the pattern of developed countries, making the appropriate approach for municipalities achieve success.
