بررسي رضايت مردم از كيفيت خدمات‌رساني حمل ونقل عمومي (مطالعه موردي: منطقه 2 شهرگرگان)

Investigating people’s satisfaction from public transportation (A case study of Gorgan city, Zone 2)

روند رو به رشد شتابان شهرها با افزايش سريع وسايل حمل ونقل موتوري به ويژه اتومبيل و استفاده زياد از آن در شهرهاي كشور بويژه شهر گرگان باعث بروز مشكلات متعددي همچون آلودگي ­هاي شديد زيست محيطي، تراكم­هاي ترافيكي زياد، مصرف بيش از حد انرژي، ناامني مسيرها و تصادفات شده است. براي كاهش و رفع مشكلات مذكور سامانه حمل و نقل عمومي به عنوان سيستمي توانمند توسط مديران شهري راه ­اندازي شده است. هدف از انجام اين پژوهش بررسي ميزان رضايت شهروندان از سيستم حمل و نقل عمومي و ارزيابي عملكرد اين سيستم در منطقه 2 شهر گرگان مي ­باشد. به منظور اجراي اين هدف از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با روش تحقيق توصيفي- تحليلي استفاده شده است. همچنين جامعه آماري پژوهش، شهروندان منطقه 2 شهر گرگان مي ­باشند، كه نمونه­اي به تعداد 250 نفر انتخاب شده ­اند. تجزيه و تحليل داده ­ها بر اساس روش ­هاي آماري در نرم ­افزار SPSSپردازش شده ­اند. نتايج يافته­ ها حاكي از آن است كه مسافران منطقه 2 گرگان از سيستم اتوبوسراني با ميانگين(2/89) نسبت به سيستم تاكسيراني با ميانگين(2/87) رضايت بيشتري دارند. اين رضايت بيشتر، بدليل پايين بودن هزينه و امنيت بالاي اتوبوس نسبت به هزينه بالا و نبود امنيت و راحتي در داخل تاكسي مي­باشد. اين سيستم در منطقه مورد مطالعه توانسته رضايت شهروندان را به ­طور متوسط جلب كند.

The rapid growth of cities which accompanied with intensive use of automobiles led to various problems such as environmental pollution, traffic congestion, over consumption of energy and increase of accidents. To reduce such problems, public system is established as efficient mode of circulation in the city of Gorgan. This paper aims to investigate the level of satisfaction of public transportation among the people of Gorgan in zone 2. The methodology of the research is based on descriptive- analytical approaches. The statistical society of the research included the residents of zone 2 who used public transportation. The samples were selected using Cochran model which 250 people responded the questionnaires. SPSS was applied to process the data and the relevant statistical tests were used to analysis the data and information. The results revealed that the resident had higher satisfaction with bus system with mean of 2.89 compared to taxi with 2.78. The reason behind such contentment is to the higher safety and lower cost of bus system. However it should be reminded that the level of satisfaction is almost equal among the citizen of zone 2 regarding to both mean of transportation.
