بررسي تأثير ICT بر آشفتگي فضا و ساختار شهري؛ نمونه موردي شهر كرمان

Investigating the role of ICT on the space disorder and structure of city (A case study of Kerman)

شهرها مظهر و تجلي گاه هر نوع فنآوري و تكنولوژي جديد هستند. در عصر حاضر كه عصر فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات است، اثرات اين فناوري نوين در شهرها قابل توجه مي­ باشند. شهر كرمان از لحاظ زيرساخت فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات از وضعيت مناسبي برخوردار مي­ باشد. هدف از اين تحقيق دستيابي به اثرات اين فناوري بر فضاها و ساختار اين شهر است كه با استفاده از روش توصيفي- تحليلي، با ابزار پرسشنامه به تعداد 382 با فرمول كوكران بدست آمد و سپس با نمونه­ گيري خوشه­ اي- مكاني در سطح 4 محله متفاوت (اقتصادي، تاريخي) پر گرديد و با SPSS 16.0 مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. همچنين با استفاده از مدل AHP و با نرم افزار Export choice موثرترين زير ساخت در تغيير ساختار و فضاهاي شهري، فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات با امتياز 413 تعيين شد. نتايج تحقيق با پيشينه ­هاي تحقيق منطبق مي­ باشد و هم­چنين نشان مي ­دهد نه تنها فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات باعث اغتشاش و بي­ نظمي در فضاهاي شهري نگرديده (بجز در جاهايي كه به صورت صحيح مكان يابي نشده) بلكه توانسته بسياري از نابساماني­ هاي شهر را از بين برده و باعث نظم در فضاهاي شهر مخصوصاً فضاهاي قديمي (بيشتر خيابان) شده و هم­چنين به ساماندهي ساختار شهري كمك كرده است.

Cities are the symbol and manifestation of any types of new technology. The present era that is the era of ICT and the impact of new technology is significant in the cities. Kerman ICT infrastructure is in good condition. The aim of this research is to access to the effect of the ICT on the space and structure in this city, By using a descriptive – analytical method and questionnaire tools that the number of 382 of which Cochran formula were produced and then cluster sampling - a place in the neighborhood of 4 different levels (economic, historical) were filled and analysis was performed with SPSS 16.0. Also by using AHP models an‎d Software Export choice were determined the most effective in changing the infrastructure and urban spaces were that ICT to 413 score. The reason are consistent with past research and also it show that ICT, not only caused confusion in urban spaces, (Except where not the correct location) But also could annihilate most of the unorganized and cause order in urban old spaces, especially (more streets) an‎d Also helped to organize the urban structure.
