Reducing urban traffic problems with approach of setting direction of streets

در مقابل راه حل توسعه و تعريض معابر به منظور حل مشكلات ترافيكي، راه كار تنظيم جهت حركت معابر قرار دارد كه به عنوان يكي از ابزارهاي مديريت ترافيك، رفته رفته مورد توجه بيشتري قرار مي گيرد. در اين راستا، در اين پژوهش "هسته مركزي شهر دامغان" به عنوان نمونه مطالعاتي به روش توصيفي- تحليلي و با هدف رفع معضلات ترافيكي شهري بواسطه اصلاح جهت حركت معابر مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و سعي بر آن است كه تا حد ممكن از تعريض معابر و احداث معابر جديد كاست و در مقابل به منظور حل مشكلات ترافيكي، روي به ابزارهاي مديريتي آورد. اطلاعات مورد نياز به روش اسنادي و ميداني از طريق برداشت حجم ترافيك محدوده بدست آمده است و پس از شناخت وضعيت موجود محدوده مورد مطالعه به تجزيه و تحليل آن پرداخته شده و در پايان، راه حل پيشنهادي تحت عنوان تنظيم جهت حركت معابر، با استفاده از نرم افزار Aimsun شبيه سازي شده و به مقايسه آن با وضع موجود پرداخته شده است. نتايج حاصل شده از مقايسه وضعيت موجود و طرح پيشنهادي محدوده مطالعاتي، نشان داد كه مطابق با پارامترهاي خروجي از نرم افزار Aimsun، در مجموع راه حل تنظيم جهت حركت معابر، عملكرد مطلوب تري را نشان مي ­دهد، اين در حالي است كه طرح تفصيلي شهر، راه حل توسعه و تعريض معابر را در اين محدوده پيشنهاد نموده كه به لحاظ اقتصادي- اجتماعي، محدوديت­هاي بسياري را پيش رو دارد.

Setting direction of streets in order to solve traffic problems is a solution against widening and construction of new Streets that is placed more attention as the one of tools for traffic management. In this context in this research with descriptive-analytical methods and the aim of solving urban traffic problems by setting direction of streets, "The central core of Damghan city" has been studied as a case study and as far as possible it will try to use of management tools and reduce the widening and construction of new streets. The research data has been collected through library surveys and field studies. It has been analyzed after the recognition of current status of study area. Finally, the proposed solution as setting direction of streets is modeled using software Aimsun and compared with current status. The results of the comparison of the current situation and the proposed scope of the study, showed that. In accordance with the output parameters of the software Aimsun, in total the solution setting direction of streets shows better performance. However, in the master plan of the city, the solution development and widening of streets is proposed for this area that it faced with many limitations in terms of socioeconomic.
