چكيده فارسي :
براي داشتن فضاي شهري مطلوب و ارتقا آن، كيفيت ساخت تمامي عناصر مبلمان شهري و ارتباط آنها با يكديگر و چگونگي استقرار آنها براي تاًمين اهداف سه گانه ساماندهي منظره شهري يعني زيباسازي، هويت بخشي و خواناسازي محيط اهميت بسياري دارند. از اين رو در اين مقاله سعي شده تا وضعيت مبلمان شهري منطقه به منظور رفع كمبودها و ساماندهي صحيح آن بررسي شود. براي دستيابي به اين هدف روش تحقيق از نوع كتابخانه اي و پيمايشي است و براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها و آزمون فرضيات از جداول استاندارد و درصدگيري در فرضيه اول و از آزمون تي تك نمونه و SPSS در فرضيه دوم و همچنين از تكنيك آلفاي كرونباخ براي پايايي هر يك از مؤلفه هاي پرسشنامه بهره گرفته شده است. جامعه آماري مورد مطالعه دو نوع است. يكي تمام عناصر مبلمان شهري در نواحي هشت گانه منطقه 15 شهرداري تهران و ديگري افراد ساكن در اين منطقه. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 383 نفر در نظر گرفته شده است. براساس يافته هاي به دست آمده در نوع و استقرار مبلمان شهري منطقه 15 شهر تهران هم به مسائل فرهنگي توجه نشده، و هم متناسب با جمعيت ساكن در منطقه نيست. همچنين بااستفاده از روشTOPSIS در رتبه بندي نواحي مشخص شد كه در زمينه مبلمان پاركي ناحيه3 و در زمينه مبلمان خياباني ناحيه2 در رتبه اول قراردارند.

In order to achieve and improve a suitable urban environment, the construction quality of all the elements of urban furniture, their relation with each other, positioning in the environment, strength, and delicacy are highly important in order to achieve the three aims of organizing urban landscapes, namely beautification, granting identity and giving consistency. Therefore, the present paper aims to study the status of urban furniture in district in order to resolve lacks and pursue proper organization. To this end, the research method is designed as a library and survey research. For data analysis and testing of theories, one-sample t-test and SPSS for the first theory, and standard tables and data percentages have been utilized for the second. Moreover, Cronbach’s alpha technique has been used to determine the reliability of each item in the questionnaire. The samples studied are of two kinds: One is all the elements of urban furniture in the eight different zones of district 15 of Tehran’s municipality, and the other is the number of residents in this district. Sample size, using Cochran’s formula, has determined as 383. Based on the findings, it was determined that not only cultural issues have been neglected regarding the type and positioning of the urban furniture in district 15, it is also inconsistent with the number of residents and global standards. Also, via TOPSIS methodology in ranking the zones, Zone 3 stood at the top regarding park furniture and Zone 2 regarding street furniture.
