بازشناسي جايگاه ساختمان هاي بلند در نسبت با پايداري اجتماعي

Recognition of place of tall-buildings with regard to the social sustainability

انجام بررسي‌‌هاي علمي و پژوهشي در زمينه‌هاي مختلف مرتبط با مسئله‌ي برنامه‌ريزي، طراحي و احداث ساختمان‌هاي بلند باتوجه به تبعاتي كه ممكن است رشد بي‌رويه و بي‌مطالعه‌ي اين مجموعه‌ها در فضاهاي شهري به دنبال داشته باشد امري ضروري و منطقي به نظر مي‌رسد. اگر تأملي در تاريخچه و سير تحول و تكامل اين ساختمان‌ها از دوران باستان تا عصر حاضر داشته باشيم، ارتباط ميان اين عناصر شاخص و زمينه‌هاي استقرارشان در محيط‌هاي شهري با موضوعاتي كه مورد توجه جامعه‌شناسان قرار مي‌گيرد و از جمله پايداري اجتماعي رخ‌نمايي خواهند كرد. مقاله‌ي حاضر با هدف بازشناسي نقش و جايگاه ساختمان­هاي بلند در برپايي، تأمين و تقويت پايداري اجتماعي ضمن بازتعريف اين مفهوم و معرفي هفت معيار در اين زمينه و مرور مختصري بر تاريخچه و تعاريف مختلفي كه ساختمان‌هاي بلند در قالب آن‌ها معرفي و دسته‌بندي مي‌گردند به تبيين جايگاه اين ساختمان‌ها در نسبت با مفهوم پايداري اجتماعي پرداخته و ضمن مقايسه‌ي آثار حضور بناهاي بلند در محيط پيرامون و نيز معرفي رويكردهاي مورد توجه آن‌ها در تقويت مفاهيم پايداري اجتماعي به تبيين نقش و جايگاه آن­ها در ارتقا كيفيت و هويت‌دهي به فضاهاي شهري از يكسو و توليد و توسعه‌ي حس رضايتمندي در بهره‌وران و ساكنان آن‌ها از ديگر سو مبادرت و نتيجه را در دو مقياس دسته­بندي نموده است. بر اساس يافته­هاي اين پژوهش در مقياس كلان اين بناها با ايفاي نقش نشانه­اي به ارتقاي كيفيت فضاهاي شهري و هويت‌بخشي به آن‌ها و خواناتر شدن و آدرس‌پذير شدن محدوده­ي پيرامون خود ياري رسانده و در نهايت بر بسياري از ويژگي­هاي هويت شهري تأثيرگذار خواهند بود. در مقياس مياني و خرد اين بناها مي‌توانند با تكيه بر معيارها و دستاوردهاي رويكردهايي همچون انعطاف‌پذيري، الهام از طبيعت و افزايش تعاملات اجتماعي به ايجاد مشاركت حداكثري بين خود و پيرامونشان و تأثيرگذاري مثبت در راستاي توليد و توسعه‌ي حس رضايتمندي در بهره‌برداران بپردازند.

According-to-the results of immethodical and impromptu growth of different complexes in the urban spaces,doing scientific and research surveys in the various fields seems vital and logical–fields that are related with the planning issue,designing and establishment of tall-buildings.If we consider the history and evolution and transmutation route of these buildings from the ancient times till the contemporary era,the relationship between these typical elements and their lodgment bases in the urban spaces will be appeared with attention to the subjects that are taken into consideration by the socialists.Whilst the current paper explains this concept and introduces seven criteria and revises in short the history and different definitions which tall-buildings are grouped and introduced according-to them with the aim of recognition of role and place of tall-buildings in the establishment,supplying and reinforcement of social sustainability makes clear the place of tall-buildings with regard to the social sustainability as well as compares the remnant of presence of tall-buildings in the environs and also following introducing their favored attitudes in the urban spaces from one hand and making and increasing the level of satisfaction sense among their stakeholders and citizens from the other hand had concluded the final results unto two scales.According-to the results of this paper in the macro-scale,these buildings play a symbolic role and thereby can increase the level of quality of urban spaces and will give identity to them and will help finding the address of their environs and finally will influence various characteristics of civil identity.In the middle and micro-scales,these buildings can develop the maximum limit of cooperation between themselves and their environs and have positive effect with relying on the criteria or attitudes as flexibility,inspiration from the nature and increasing the level of social interactions with the aim of making and increasing the level-of satisfaction sense among their stakeholders.
