Necessity of using role play method in medical universities

هدف:اگر بپذيريم تدريس فعاليتي هدفمند ميباشد و هدف آن ارتقاي يادگيري افراد است پس بايد براي آن برنامه ريزي داشته باشيم.امروزه و با پيشرفت علوم در دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي استفاده از روشهاي مشاركتي ومبتني بر مساله و دانشجو محور مورد تاكيد قرار گفته است. .الگوي تدريس ايفاي نقش به عقيده بسياري از صاحب نظران روشي است كه با قرار دادن افراد در محيط شبيه سازي شده سبب ارتقاي فرآيند يادگيري ،تفكر انتقادي و درگيري فعال يادگيرنده با موضوع تدريس و تعامل دو جانبه استاد و شاگرد ميگردد. در اين مقاله به بررسي جوانب مختلف روش تدريس ايفاي نقش در مقالات مختلف مي­پردازيم و سعي داريم با بررسي عميق متون به الزامات استفاده از اين روش تدريس در دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي بپردازيم. روش ها: در اين مطالعه با استفاده از كلمات كليدي ايفاي نقش،آموزش پزشكي، دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي،روش تدريس مطالعات مرتبط از سال 1995 تا2014درپايگاه هاي Google scholar , pub med , Scopusو مجلات معتبرداخلي و خارجي مرتبط با آموزش پزشكي انتخاب شدند و براساس حيطه هاي مطرح در آموزش به روش ايفاي نقش، وضعيت موجود اين روش در دانشگاه هاي مختلف علوم پزشكي بررسي شدند و در نهايت 36مقاله مورد برررسي قرار گرفتند. نتايج: تحقيقات صورت گرفته در مورد اين روش تدريس نشان داد كه اين روش تدريس در حال ادغام با استراتژي هاي يادگيري از جمله يادگيري مبتني بر مساله و مشاركتي است و بيشتر به سمت استفاده از اين روش براي آموزش حيطه هاي عاطفي تغيير يافته است لذا لازم است كه اساتيد با استراتژي هاي يادگيري آشنا شوند. مطالعات بررسي شده از اثرات مثبت تدريس ايفاي نقش در آموزش باليني و نظري پزشكي حمايت نمودند. نتيجه گيري: ارتقاي فرآينديادگيري و ياددهي نياز به استفاده از روش هاي مختلف و تركيب روشهاي چندگانه در تدريس دارد. با توجه به نتايج مطالعات بررسي شده توصيه مي گردد اساتيد براي آموزش مهارت هاي مختلف در حيطه هاي شناختي و عملكردي از اين شيوه تدريس استفاده نمايند.

Today, with the advancement of science in medical universities Using participatory methods and problem-based, student-centered had emphasizes. According to many experts, role playing teaching method is a method By placing Persons at the simulated environments Caused Promote learning process, critical thinking and active involvement of the learner with the teaching and interaction between teacher and student. In this paper we discuss various aspects of role playing teaching methods in various articles and trying to keep up with in-depth review of literature pay The requirements of this teaching method in medical universities. Methods: In this study, by using the key words role playing, medical education, medical universities, teaching methods and, articles were selected related studies from 1995 to 2014 Google scholar, pub med, Scopus databases and local and foreign journals were related to medical education, Based on the posed in This fields of education, the situation in this method were studied in different universities of medical sciences and finally 36 were studied. Result: The Research about the teaching method showed the teaching methods are integrated with learning strategies such as problem-based learning and collaborative and more to the use of this method for teaching affective domain has been changed therefore necessary that faculty become familiar with learning strategies. Studies the positive effects of the teaching role playing methods clinical and theoretical medical education are supported. Conclusion: improving learning and teaching process need to use different methods and combine multiple methods in teaching. Based on the studies reviewed recommended teachers to teach various skills in cognitive and functional domains used of these teaching methods.
