رويكرد اجتماع محور در پيشگيري از اعتياد نوجوانان و جوانان: نقش تسهيل گري مركز سلامت روان محلي

The Community-based Approach in Preventing Adolescent and Youth Addiction: The Facilitating Role of Local Mental Health Center

پيشگيري از سوء مصرف مواد نيازمند مشاركت جدي مردم و بخش هاي دولتي و غيردولتي است. اعتياد زمينه ساز بسياري از مشكلات و مسائل اجتماعي است. با توجه به تبديل شدن موادمخدر و اعتياد به ابزار جنگ نرم و تهديد عليه امنيت ملي از يك سو و منابع قابل توجه كشور خصوصاً در حوزه هاي فرهنگي از سوي ديگر، در صورت پذيرفتن رويكرد اجتماعي به پيشگيري از اعتياد چاره اي جز حمايت از مراكز و سازمان هاي مردم نهاد نيست. لذا هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي رويكردي اجتماعي به پيشگيري از اعتياد با تاكيد بر نقش تسهيلگري مركز سلامت روان محلي انديشه مهر شهر محمودآباد از توابع شهرستان شاهين دژ بود. در اين تحقيق از روش اسنادي – كتابخانه اي استفاده شده است. همچنين به برخي از الگوها و روش هاي مداخله اي در حوزه پيشگيري از اعتياد كه توسط مركز صورت گرفته پرداخته شد. مردم از روش هاي مختلف همانند بالا بردن ميزان حساسيت خود نسبت به موادمخدر و مضرات آن، بالا بردن سطح اطلاعات و آگاهي در خصوص انواع مواد و خطرات مصرف و تشكيل گروه هاي خودجوش مبارزه با مواد اعتيادآور مي توانند با تأكيد بر نقش مثبت اجتماع يا محله خود در زمينه مبارزه با مواد مخدر به پيشگيري از اعتياد كمك كنند. ميزان موفقيت نهادهاي پيشگيري از اعتياد منوط به اين است كه تا چه اندازه اين نهادها زمينه ها و بسترهاي لازم براي حضور و مشاركت مردم و سازمان هاي غيردولتي را فراهم و آموزش هاي لازم را در خصوص چگونگي مشاركت­ در اجراي طرح ها و برنامه هاي پيشگيري ارائه مي كنند. به نظر مي رسد كه استفاده از رويكرد اجتماعي در مبارزه با موادمخدر مي تواند گامي موثر در پيشگيري از اعتياد باشد.

The prevention of substance abuse requires serious participation of people and governmental and non-governmental sectors. Addiction is the cause of many social problems and issues. With regard to the transformation of drugs and addiction into the tools of soft war and threats to national security on one hand, and the country's significant resources especially in cultural areas on the other hand, if the community approach is adopted to prevent addiction opposed, there will be no choice but to support NGOs. Therefore, this research aimed to investigate a community approach to addiction prevention with emphasis on the facilitating role of Andisheh Mehr local mental health center in the city of Mahmoud Abad, near to the city of Shahin Dej. The documentary-library method has been used in this research. Also, the present research addresses some interventional patterns and procedures in the area of addiction prevention carried out by the center. People can help prevent addiction by emphasizing the positive role of their community or neighborhood in the fight against drugs through different ways such as enhancing their sensitivity to drugs and their harms, increasing the level of knowledge and awareness about the various types of substances and risks of consumption, and establishing spontaneous groups of combating addictive substances. The success rate of addiction prevention institutions depends on the extent to which these institutions provide necessary backgrounds and bases for the participation and attendance of people and NGOs and present essential trainings on how to participate in the implementation of prevention plans and programs. It seems that the use of a community approach in combating drugs can be an effective step in preventing addiction.
