چكيده فارسي :
اعتياد همواره تحت تاثير عوامل متعددي بوده است كه يكي از اين عوامل مشكلات هيجاني است. بر اساس پژوهش‌هاي اخير، اعتياد به عنوان بعد تاريك هيجان شناخته مي‌شود. هدف اصلي از مطالعه حاضر، بررسي رابطه هيجان و اعتياد بود. اين هدف كلي به سه هدف بررسي نقش فرآيندهاي تنظيم هيجاني و تاثير آنها در انواع اعتياد، بررسي نقش ابراز، پردازش و سركوب هيجان در اعتياد و بررسي ارتباط انواع هيجان با مواد در افراد وابسته به مواد تقسيم شده است. به منظور دستيابي به اين اهداف، از مقالات معتبري استفاده شد كه به بررسي ارتباط بين هيجان و اعتياد پرداخته بودند. مطالعه مروري حاضر علاوه بر پرداختن به نقش تنظيم و ابراز هيجان، نمود انواع هيجان در اعتياد را نيز با استفاده از مروري بر مقالات متعدد بررسي كرد. همچنين به اثربخشي درمان‌هاي مبتني بر تنظيم هيجان نيز اشاره شده است. در نهايت، اين مطالعه يك روش درماني موثر را براي كاهش آسيب ناشي از اعتياد از طريق طرح يك مدل روند هيجان در رابطه با شروع اختلال اعتياد ارائه كرد. مدل مداخلات پيشگيرانه و درماني سيستماتيك در اختلال مصرف مواد با توجه به نقش هيجان ارائه شده است. مطابق با اين مدل، تنظيم هيجان با در نظر گرفتن ابعاد زيستي، رواني و اجتماعي نقش مهمي در پيشگيري از اعتياد دارد. بنابراين با آموزش تنظيم هيجان از كودكي و نوجواني ميتوان از روي آوردن آنها به سوء مصرف مواد جلوگيري كرد.

Addiction has always been influenced by several factors, one of which is the emotional problems. According to recent studies, addiction is known as the dark side of emotions. The main purpose of the present research was to examine the relationship between emotion and addiction. This overall goal is divided into three objectives: investigating the role of emotion regulation processes and their impacts on the types of addiction, assessing the role of expressing, processing, and suppressing emotions in addiction, and evaluating the association of types of emotions with the substance used in substance-dependent individuals. To accomplish these goals, validated articles were used in which the relationship of emotion and addiction has been assessed. In addition to dealing with the role of emotion regulation and expression, the present review study also examined the representation of various types of emotion in addiction by reviewing numerous articles. The effectiveness of emotion-based therapies has also been assessed. Finally, this research proposed an effective treatment modality to reduce the harm caused by addiction by presenting a model of the emotional trend of the onset of an addiction disorder. A model of preventive and therapeutic interventions in substance use disorder has been presented considering the role of emotion. Based on this model, emotion regulation, taking into account the biological, psychological and social dimensions, plays an important role in the prevention of addiction. Therefore, by teaching emotion regulation since childhood and adolescence, it can be prevented from turning them into substance abuse.
