تدوين شاخص هاي رصد عملكرد گروه هاي آموزشي علوم پايه براي تهيه داشبورد عملكردي تحصيلات تكميلي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي كرمان

Developing performance indicators in basic science departments to provide a post graduate performance dashboard at Kerman University of Medical Sciences

زمينه و هدف: جايگاه آموزش عالي در فرايند توسعه كشورها بسي رفيع و مورد توجه ملت ها و دولت ها بوده و هست. در بين دوره هاي مختلف آموزش عالي، تحصيلات تكميلي وظيفه تربيت نيروي انساني متخصص در عرصه آموزش، پژوهش و خدمات را بر عهده دارد. در سالهاي اخير، رشد كمي تحصيلات تكميلي در ايران روندي روزافزون داشته و اكنون بعد كيفي آن مورد توجه سياستگزاران و تصميم گيران نظام آموزش عالي است. هدف پژوهش حاضربررسي وضعيت فرايندها و برون دادهاي گروه هاي آموزشي واجد دوره هاي تحصيلات تكميلي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي كرمان مي باشد. روش بررسي: تحقيق حاضر از نوع توصيفي بوده است و با استفاده از چك ليست انجام شده است. جامعه آماري تحقيق گروه هاي آموزشي علوم پايه داراي دوره تحصيلات تكميلي در دو مقطع كارشناسي ارشد و دكتراي تخصصي در دانشگاه علوم پزشكي كرمان بوده اند. داده هاي حاصله با استفاده از سنجه هاي پراكندگي مركزي مورد تجزيه وتحليل قرار گرفته اند. يافته ها: امتياز كسب شده داشبورد آموزشي تعدادي از گروههاي آموزشي مورد بررسي در اين مطالعه نشان مي دهد كه با لحاظ كردن نمره ماكزيمم 72 داشبورد، 39.1 % گروه ها بيش از 50% امتياز داشبورد را كسب نموده اند. بيشترين امتياز كسب شده به ترتيب مربوط به گروه هاي آمار و اپيدميولوژي (63.88%) ، انگل شناسي (62.5% ) و علوم اعصاب (62.5 %) مي باشد. نتيجه گيري: داشبورد از جمله ابزارهاي مديريتي نوين مي باشد كه با امكان آناليز و تحليل شاخص هاي كليدي عملكرد، تصميم گيري را براي دستيابي به اهداف ميسر مي سازد. ارائه تصوير صحيح از سيستم، شناسايي نقاط ضعف و قوت، تشخيص مسير استراتژي هاي اخذ شده و دستيابي به ديد كلي از عملكرد زير مجموعه باعث افزايش توانمندي در تصميم گيري آگاهانه خواهد داشت و قدرت نظارت بر عملكرد را افزايش مي دهد.

Background and objective: The place of higher education in the process of development of countries has been very high and it is highly appreciated by nations and governments. Between different higher education courses, Postgraduate education is responsible for training a human resource specialist in the field of education, research and services. There has been a growing trend in the quantitative growth of postgraduate education in Iran and now its qualitative aspect is of interest to policy-makers and decision makers of higher education. The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of processes and outcomes of educational departments with postgraduate courses at Kerman University of Medical Sciences Methods and Materials: The study employed a descriptive design and was conducted by checklist. The statistical population of the study was the basic science education departments with postgraduate education (Master of Science and PhD degrees) in Kerman University of Medical Sciences. The data have been analyzed using central dispersion measures. Results: Score obtained from educational dashboard for a number of educational departments shows taking into account the maximum score of 72 dashboards, 39.1% groups have got more than 50% dashboard score. The highest score is belonging to Biostatistics and Epidemiology (63.88%), Parasitology (62.5%) and Neuroscience (62.5%) departments respectively. Conclusion: The dashboard is one of the new management tools. It makes it possible to analyze key performance indicators, and allows decision making to achieve the goals. It provides the correct image of the system, Identify weaknesses and strengths, diagnosis of the path of the strategies, achieving an overview of function of subgroups performance. It will increase the ability to make informed decisions and increase the power of monitoring performance.
