The Relationship Between the Structure Of District In Old Texture In Yazd an‎d Citizen's Participation In Providing Urban Services - Case Study: The District Of Dolat Abad

تهيه و تدارك خدمات شهري ، مستلزم صرف منابع بسيار از جمله زمان، هزينه، نيروي انساني از سوي سازمان هاي ذيربط است, در مقابل استفاده از نيروي مشاركت مردمي با وجود روحية مشاركت پذيري در ميان ساكنان بافت قديم شهر يزد، منبع ارزنده اي براي امر فوق در محلات آن بشمار مي رود. بهره گيري ديگر بار از مشاركت مردم در محله دولت آباد به منظور فراهم آوردن بخشي از خدمات شهري بيش از هر چيز مستلزم شناخت متغيرهاي مؤثر بر آن است. در اين پژوهش، از روش توصيفي، جهت تدوين مباني نظري و از روش همبستگي و توصيفي - تحليلي ، براي تعيين روابط ميان متغيرها و توصيف و تحليل يافته ها بهره گرفته شد و مطالعات كتابخانه اي و ميداني ، به صورت تكميل پرسشنامه، ابزار جمع آوري داده ها بودند. مهمترين يافته ها عبارتند از: ساختار محله بندي بافت قديم شهريزد، احساس رقابت محله اي و عرق و تعلّق خاطر به محله كه احساس درون گرايي محله اي اهالي بافت قديم را به همراه مي آورد. اين متغيرها تأثير مثبت و مستقيم بر ميزان مشاركت آنها در تأمين خدمات شهري دارد. اهالي محله دولت آباد، زماني در ارائه خدمات شهري مشاركت مي كنند كه منفعت حاصل از آن را بيشتر از هزينه هاي آن ارزيابي كنند. تفاوت معناداري ميان گرايش مردان و زنان براي مشاركت در زمينه مورد بررسي وجود ندارد و سرانجام نمي توان گفت: شهرونداني كه پيش تر در امور مرتبط با محله خود به نوعي مشاركت كرده اند، در حال حاضر نيز تمايل بيشتري براي تأمين خدمات شهري مورد نياز محله خود دارند.

Preparing and providing urban services need a lot of sources such as time, expenditure , human sources from the related organization and instead using of people's participation with collaboration spirit, which can be seen among residents of old texture of Yazd. This is a valuable source for managing urban services in these districts. More than anything else, participation of citizens needs recognizing effective variables of their association. In this research, from descriptive method is used for theoretical formulation, and correlation and descriptive- analytic methods are used for determining the relationship between variables, describing and analyzing findings. Library studies and field survey by the help of questionnaires is used for gathering data. According to the findings: the structure of district division in the old texture of Yazd is with the feeling of local competition, interest in their own district also they are very bigot on local area, of course, these variables have positive and direct effect on the amount of their participation in providing urban services; the habitants of the districts of Dolat Abad just participate in providing urban services whose benefits are more than their expenses; There is not a meaningful difference between the tendency of men and women for participating in the investigated field; eventually, the findings did not show that citizens, who participate previously in the district affair, now have more tendencies for providing necessary urban services in their own district.
