ارائۀ چارچوب توسعۀ ديپلماسي علمي ج.ا.ايران مبتني بر قابليتهاي دانشگاه هاي علوم انساني :نمونۀ مطالعه: دانشگاه امام صادق(ع

Development of Science Diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on the Capabilities of Human Sciences Universities (Case Study: Imam Sadiq (A.S.) University)

هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، ارائۀ مدل پارادايمي و نظام‌مند توسعۀ ديپلماسي علمي كشور، مبتني ‌بر مصاحبه‌هاي اساتيد، خبرگان و متخصصان حوزۀ ديپلماسي علمي در دانشگاههاي علوم انساني بود. روش: اين پژوهش مبتني ‌بر راهبرد پژوهشي داده‌بنياد و بر اساس رويكرد نظام‌مند استراوس و كوربين به دنبال استخراج مدل پارادايمي توسعۀ ديپلماسي علمي است. بدين‌منظور ابتدا 18 نفر از اساتيد، خبرگان و متخصصان حوزۀ ديپلماسي علمي در دانشگاه امام صادق(ع) شناسايي و با آنان مصاحبه شد و در مرحلۀ بعد، با فرآوري داده‌ها و مفاهيم، مقوله‌هاي سطح 1 و سطح 2 مدل پارادايمي استخراج شد. يافته‌ها: با طي مراحل پژوهشي داده‌بنياد، هركدام از مقوله‌هاي سطوح 1و2 شناسايي‌شده، با توجه به سنخيت موضوعي ذيل مقوله‌هاي پارادايميِ شرايط علّي، شرايط زمينه‌اي، شرايط واسطه‌اي، راهبردها و مقوله محوري دسته‌بندي شدند. نتيجه‌گيري: حركت به سمت توسعۀ ديپلماسي‌علمي، در دانشگاه امام صادق(ع) با توجه به قابليتهاي پوياي آن، شرايط و عوامل ويژه‌اي دارد و ظرافتهاي خاصي را در طراحي‌ها مي‌طلبد. ارتقاي قابليتهاي دانشگاه، تقويت جايگاه بين‌المللي ج.ا.ايران، مقابله با كژكاركردهاي ديپلماسي علمي در دانشگاههاي علوم انساني و تحقق مأموريت ج.ا.ايران نسبت به مستضعفين جهان اسلام، از جمله پيامدها و نتايج پياده‌سازي چارچوب توسعۀ ديپلماسي‌علمي در دانشگاههاي علوم انساني است.

The aim of this study is to provide a paradigmatic and systematic model for the science diplomacy (SD) development of the country based on the interviews with professors, experts and specialists. Method: This study is based on the data-based management strategy and according to the systematic approach of Strauss& Corbin and intends to obtain the paradigmatic model of the SD development. For this purpose, 18 professors, experts and professionals have been identified and interviewed. In the next stage, by processing the data and concepts, the Level 1 and Level 2 concepts of the paradigmatic model have been obtained. Results: During the data-based research process, both of the Level 1 and Level 2 concepts have been identified and according to the thematic relevance, they have been classified into the following paradigmatic categories: causal terms, underlying terms, intermediating terms, strategies, and finally the pivotal concept. According to the taken steps, it has become clear that moving towards the development of science diplomacy at the Imam Sadiq University due to its dynamic capabilities needs special qualifications. Conclusion: Some of the results of implementing the science diplomacy at the Human Sciences Universities are as follows: enhancing the capabilities of the university, strengthening the international position of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and fulfilling the mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran towards the poor people of Muslim world
