چكيده فارسي :
هدف از اين پژوهش، مطالعۀ نظام‌مند و سنتزپژوهي بر الگوهاي نظري و پژوهشهاي صورت‌گرفته در ايران با موضوع دانشگاه پايدار به منظور تلخيص، طبقه‌بندي و تلفيق مؤلفه‌هاي آن بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، كاربردي با رويكرد كيفي و راهبرد آن، سنتزپژوهي است. بدين منظور، تعداد 15 مقالۀ داخلي، بررسي و براي جمع‌آوري و تحليل داده‌ها، از روش تحليل محتواي كيفي استقرايي مبتني بر كدگذاري باز، محوري و انتخابي، به وسيلۀ نرم‌افزار Nvivo-10 استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: پس از كدگذاري، 203 مؤلفۀ دانشگاه پايدار در 25 مقوله و هشت بُعد سازماندهي شدند. ابعاد به ترتيب نزولي تعداد ارجاع و منابع عبارتند از: مديريت زيست‌محيطي فضاي دانشگاهي؛ آموزش پايدار؛ مشاركت‌كنندگان؛ مديريت پايدار؛ سرمايۀ اجتماعي؛ پژوهش پايدار؛ نظارت، ارزيابي و گزارش‌دهي؛ اداري و مالي. نتيجه‌گيري:در الگوهاي داخلي ارائه شده براي دانشگاه پايدار، به بُعد اجتماعي، فرهنگي و اقتصادي توسعۀ پايدار در مقابل بعد زيست‌محيطي كمتر توجه شده است. لزوم توجه بيشتر به حوزه‌هاي اجتماعي، پژوهش، نظارت و ارزيابي و اداري و مالي در خصوص پايداري دانشگاهها، در كنار توجه به مديريت زيست‌محيطي فضاي دانشگاهي، آموزش پايدار، مشاركت‌كنندگان و مديريت پايدار تأكيد مي‌شود. طراحي الگويي جامع و كل‌نگر در خصوص پايداري دانشگاه توسط هر يك از دانشگاههاي بزرگ كشور، مطابق با فرهنگ ايران اسلامي و متناسب با توانايي‌ها و مأموريتهاي آنها توصيه مي‌شود.
چكيده لاتين :
Sustainable development and balanced in all economic, social, cultural, political and environmental dimensions of the community depends on the development of human resources, the continuous development of higher education institutions and the establishment of sustainable universities. The purpose of this research is to systematically study and synthesize research on theoretical models and researches conducted in Iran with the subject of sustainable university in order to summarize, classify and integrate the components of the University. Method: Using qualitative method of Meta-Synthesis, 15 papers were studied and data collection and analysis data was done by open, axial and selective coding and using Nvivo-10 software.Results: 203 of the University's sustainability indicators were organized in 25 components and 8 dimensions. Dimensions in terms of number of referrals and number of sources in descending order are: campus environmental management, sustainable education, contributors, sustainable management, social capital, sustainable research, monitoring, evaluation and reporting, and administrative and financial. Conclusion: The results of the findings showed that: less research has been done with a native and comprehensive approach to sustainable higher education, The environmental dimension of sustainable development has been considered more than social and economic, cultural as well as key and infrastructure of other aspects of sustainable development, have been neglected. Designing a comprehensive and holistic model of sustainability universities, according to Iran's culture and Islamic-Iranian model of progress for future research is recommended.
