تحليل و ارزيابي جايگاه دانشگاه هاي كشور در شاخص هاي بين المللي سازي آموزش عالي از ديدگاه دانشجويان؛مطالعه موردي دانشگاه تهران

Analysis and evaluation of the country's universities status in the indicators of internationalization of higher education from the perspective of students

در دانشگاه تهران اجرا شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش توصيفي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش دربرگيرنده كليه دانشجويان دكتراي دانشگاه تهران در پرديس هاي علوم انساني، اجتماعي و رفتاري بود كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران تعداد 301 دانشجو به عنوان نمونه تحقيق انتخاب شد . جمع آوري داده ها با استفاده از دو روش كتابخانه اي و ميداني انجام و مولفه و گويه هاي شناسايي شده در مرحله مطالعه كتابخانه اي، مبناي طراحي چهار پرسشنامه؛ آمادگي و تمايل به بين روايي سازه با استفاده از تحليل عاملي تاييدي محاسبه شد. پايايي ابزارهاي تحقيق نيز با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه و تاييد شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از روشهاي آماري توصيفي مثل فراواني، درصد، ميانگين، انحراف شد. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد دانشجويان نسبت به جريان يافتن روند بين المللي سازي در دانشگاه ها تمايل دارند. دانشجويان عوامل علمي مشوق هاي اقتصادي و فرهنگي اجتماعي را در الويت هاي بالاتر بين المللي سازي در دانشگاه ها قرار داده اند . در بين موانع سازماني ضعيف، بروكراسي سنگين و عدم روان بودن برقراري ارتباطات بين المللي و سياست زدگي دانشگاه ها و مانع شدن از همكاري بين المللي به بهانه سياسي را به عنوان سه اولويت اول خود انتخاب كردند و در بين موانع بيروني بين المللي سازي در دانشگاه ها، عدم در اولويت بودن بين المللي شدن آموزش عالي، محدوديت ويزا توسط كشورهاي ديگر و ترس از هژموني غربي و جهان تك فرهنگي را انتخاب كردند

In the last few years, internationalization has been One of the major issues in academic circles. This implies on the integration of International, cultural and global aspects in goals, functions and training mode. this research has been implemented at the University of Tehran with the aim of analysis and evaluation of the country's universities status in the indicators of internationalization of higher education from the perspective of students. the present study For the purpose is applied research and in terms of method is descriptive. research population includes all PhD students at the University of Tehran on the campus of human, social and behavioral sciences that with the formula of Cochrane 301 students was elected as the sample of the study. data collected using two library and field method. and the component and phrases that have been identified in the study of the library , based four questionnaire design ; the desire to internationalization, internationalization incentives and the barriers and quadded approaches of the internationalization . for research tools validity, in addition to the content-related and face validity , was calculated Construct validity using confirmatory factor analysis. research tools reliability was calculated and confirmed statistics methods , including the Friedman test, Chi- squared , one sampleT test. the findings of the study showed students desire to the inflow of the international trend in the universities .
