توسعه الگوي سلامت خانواده و جمعيت مطلوب بر مبناي ارزشها ي الهي در آموزش پزشكي

Developing the pattern of family health and Ideal population based on celestial values in medical education

آموزه هاي ا لهي راهنمايي جامع جهت رسيدن انسان به كمال مطلوب است. از محورهاي مهم در آيات قرآن و روايات موضوع خانواده وجمعيت است . مسئله ارتقاء سلامت خانواده , افزايش نرخ باروري ، تعادل و تناسب جمعيت، از مسائل روز و سياست هاي كلي كشور است . لذا تبيين و توسعه الگوي سلامت خانواده و فرزند آوري مبتني بر ارزشهاي اخلاقي و فرهنگي ايراني اسلامي ، و كاربست اين ارزشها جهت ارتقاي جمعيت مطلوب ،يك ضرورت است. از طرفي ارتقاي آموزش پزشكي و افزايش پاسخگويي اجتماعي بر اساس نيازهاي سلامت جامعه از اولويتهاي برنامه ريزان آموزش پزشكي كشور است . هدف اين تحقيق ، تببين ديدگاه قرآن و عترت در مورد ارتقاي سلامت خانواده و جمعيت ، جهت بهره گيري در برنامه هاي سلامت و آموزش علوم پزشكي كشور است. روش كار : اين تحقيق كاربردي ميان رشته اي با مرور متون قرآني- روايتي وتحليل محتوايي مفهومي , مفاهيم سلامت خانواده و جمعيت مطلوب در آموزه هاي قران و عترت تببين و راهبردهاي مرتبط با اين مفاهيم در متون الهي وديني تفسير شد. در اين مقاله توصيه هايي جهت بهره مندي از اين آموز ه ها و ارزشهاي الهي در برنامه هاي آموزش پزشكي كشور ارائه شده است. . يافته ها : آموز هاي الهي بر تشكيل خانواده( ازدواج و فرزند آوري) و تاثير آن سلامت رواني , جسمي , سلامت اجتماعي و همچنين تقويت سلامت معنوي خانواده مي پردازند . همچنين ي آموزه ها بر پرورش فرزند صالح و ارتقاي كيفيت جمعيت است .راهبرد قرآن جهت رسيدن به جامعه مطلوب , ترويج سبك زندگي الهي و اجتناب از الگوهاي تحميلي و سبك زندگي غير ديني است . نتيجه گيري:بهره مندي از آموزه ها و راهبردهاي الهي پيرامون سلا مت خانواده , فرزند آوري و تعادل جمعيت در برنامه هاي آموزش علوم پزشكي از اهميت ويژه اي برخوردار است. اين راهبرد , مي تواند در جهت نهادينه سازي الگوي ايراني اسلامي سلامت خانواده و براي رسيدن به جمعيت مطلوب كشور نقش به سزايي ايفا نمايد.

elestial teachings are comprehensive guidances for reaching to the ideal integrity of human being. Of the most considerable and important axes in celestial teachings are family and population. Promoting family health, increasing fertility rate, balance, and youth of the population is the countries policy. Explaining the ideal pattern of family health and fertility based on Iranian culture and Islamic Ethical values, and using these values is essential to promote the ideal population in Iran. Promotion of Medical Education in response to community and health system needs is constantly one of the main priorities for medical education planner. The purpose of this study is expressing the Quran & Etrat viewpoint to population and family health, for using in Iran’s medical education programs. Method: This applied inter-disciplinary study the Qur'an and Hadith literature has been reviewed and interpreted with content analysis approach. The concepts of “healthy family” and “ideal population “in the holly literature teachings were clarified and the related strategies in religious literature were investigated. Some practical recommendations to integrate the identified values in medical education programs of our country were presented at the end of the article. Results: The results of the study showed that religious belief-values included the importance of marriage and childbirth on mental, physical, social, and spiritual family health. Also, these teachings emphasized on raising and educating the good child and enhancing population quality. According to Quran, the only way to reach to an ideal society and population is to promote religious lifestyle and avoidance of non-religion style. Conclusion: Using the celestial and religious teachings in Iran‘s Health and Medical Education programs is essential for increasing the family health, the childbirth and Population balance “. This strategy could play a significant role in implementing Iranian Islamic pattern of family health to receive the ideal population for our country.
