مطالعه كاركردهاي جامعه شناختي سازمان هاي غيردولتي فعال در حوزه درمان اعتياد

Study of Sociological Functions of the NGOs Active in the Field of Addiction Treatment

هدف: توجه به ابعاد جامعه شناختي كاركردهاي سازمانهاي غيردولتي با تاكيد بر كاركردهاي اين سازمان­ ها به عنوان يك نهاد مدني اغلب مورد غفلت قرار گرفته كه در مقاله حاضر به آن پرداخته شده است. روش: بدين منظور با استفاده از روش كيفي گرندد تئوري، مصاحبه هايي عميق با مديران سازمان­ هاي غيردولتي فعال درماني در سطح ملي و همچنين متخصصين امر درمان اعتياد انجام گرفت. يافته­ ها: پس از انجام فرايند كدگذاري نتايج مصاحبه­ ها و با استفاده از مدل تئوريكي اشتراوس و كوربين، محقق موفق به ارائه مدل بر پايه شده و در نهايت با استفاده از اين مدل به صورت ­بندي سازمان­ هاي مورد مطالعه پرداخته شد. نتيجه ­ گيري: نتايج حاصل از تحليل­ ها نشان داد سپردن امور اجتماعي از جمله درمان اعتياد به سازمان­ هاي مردم نهاد مزاياي بسياري دارد كه از جمله مهمترين آن­ ها شناخت عميق نهادهاي مدني نسبت به مسائل اجتماعي، افزايش حمايت­ هاي مالي و داوطلبانه مردمي در حوزه مسائل اجتماعي، افزايش دغدغه براي ارائه خدمات با كيفيت و بالا رفتن تقاضاي عمومي براي انجام مداخلات نتيجه بخش و مطالبه­ گري از سوي مردم نسبت به نهادهاي مدني مي باشد.

Objectives: No significant attention has been paid to the sociological dimensions of the functions of nongovernmental organizations as a civil institution, and the present study has investigated this issue. Method: For this purpose, the qualitative method of grounded theory was used to conduct deep interviews with the managers of NGOs active at the national level as well as addiction treatment specialists. Results: Following the coding process of the interview results and using Strauss & Corbin theoretical model, the researcher could present the model and, finally, the organizations under study were categorized by means of the obtained model. Conclusion: The results of the analyses showed that assigning the responsibility of social affairs, including addiction treatment to NGOs have many advantages, such as the deepening of the recognition of civil institutions in relation to social issues, the increase of financial and voluntary support for people in the field of social issues, the increased concern for providing quality services, and the increase of public demand for the conduct of fruitful interventions and public demand from the civil institutions.
